    Review says:

    This item came apart on second use when plugged into the wall and gave my daughter an electric shock then was a nightmare to remove the broken plug from the wall.
    Dangerously cheap and badly made. Do not buy.

    and from a 1 star German reviewer, they uploaded an image of the broken charger that fell apart, which shows it reveals live contact pins sticking out.

    Review says:

    After about half a year, one of the adapters broke into two parts when unplugging it, leaving 2 pins under 230V sticking out of the box! The adapters seem to just be plugged into each other, not even glued, so it will probably happen sooner or later. Furthermore, the power output is too weak to charge a tablet and a cell phone at the same time. Therefore, only one of the two USB ports can be used effectively at a time. 4 were delivered, i.e. one of each color.
