    try them on first. at jb i found the XM5 to be more comfy than the ultras. My only problem with the xm5 is I noticed the material touching my ears, with the QC's you don't notice them.

    700s are above the QC45 and maybe slightly above the new QC but below the QC Ultra in features/sound.

    700s have stiff frame, can't fold. QCs you can fold.

    Comfort is subjective but most find the QC more comfy than 700s

      Thanks for the considered reply. I don't really think I could really go wrong with any of the Bose QC, 700's, Sony XM4/5's for work, travel use.

      Just a case of being patient enough to pick up whichever is the best deal on Black Friday.
