Help Contacting Kogan Customer Service

How long does it take for Kogan to reply?
I purchased an item that's damaged and raised it. It's been a few days and still silent. Anything I can do?

  • Whats the value of item? I have got refunds few times for faulty items. Usually takes 2-3 days to respond.
    They will probably ask you proof of damage etc.

      I feel a bit dirty defending Kogan, but it’s a site called pissed consumer. It’s not where you go to share positive vibes about a company.

          Productreview has the opposite problem, it's a bit suss when Kogan has 15 times the number of reviews as Amazon and so many are weirdly positive.

          IMO Kogan is perfectly fine so long as you remember "you get what you pay for". Good place to buy cheap things and non-complex things, but god help those that buy a fridge from them.

    Kogan are multi-time award winners, heck the news said only yesterday that yet again they were amongst CHOICE Magazine's 2023 Shonky recipients. ;-)

  • I totally regret purchasing from them. They were the only ones other than eBay that had this Samsung phone brand new but Kogan is linked to Qantas for FF points.

    No live chat or any other immediate means of communicating with them. Only like 2 options to choose regarding what you want to contact them about which is unrelated to your problem and they will ask for attachments otherwise the send link does not work.

    The reply email which will be a week later will be totally unrelated to what you wrote or your issue. Only good thing then is being able to reply directly to that and wait. I am still waiting for a reply two weeks later.

    What I am chasing them for now ?? QF points !! almost 3 months later. Looks like the ombudsman is going to get involved.
