Our internet is off until Monday at the soonest. What's the cheapest SIM with the most data that isn't on a plan? I'm currently on the 365 day expiry from boost and don't want to dick around with changing that, but want decent hotspot data for this weekend. I don't intend to recharge. Hopefully, there's something I can pick up at the shops, as most deals here are sent via auspost, which won't help. I have a spare mobile I can put the temp SIM in.

depends on your mobile phone entirely, I'd say around 5 before it start to run warm, with fan probably 7.
Check coles/woolies for super cheap lebara sims, there is often one on for next to nothing.

can hotspot more than 5 devices if it's not very old. Phone will get hot and drain battery very quickly.
