      Always received cards too.

      But Econnex could definitely do some very basic things to improve their communication and consequently lower the number of complaints. I've seen one suggestion mentioned multiple times by various people on previous deals. Ecconex choose to ignore it (last time I checked), so I can see why they bring criticism on themselves.

              @Miss B: Same experience here. I got the SMS saying the egift cards had been "issued by Woolworths," but they didn't show up in my email until several hours later. In between, I wasted too much time checking and chasing things up.

        Why does the bonus gift card has 3 months expiry? I had suggested that a longer expiry will reduce complaints about your company. I was told that you will take my suggestion on board and do something about it.

        They keep saying I am not eligible because bla bla bla and I had to show them evidence that I use their site and someone took over the case and I had to explain from the top again. Go around and around, not worth the hassle.

    Beware you may not recieve your cards.
    Your cards may end up in spam folder expired. OP wont take responsibility for not informing you of sent GCs and will blame woolworths.
    Personal data may be stored in india or phillipines were privacy laws are pretty much non existant

    To be fair, I did received my eGift cards.

    Make sure you get the confirmation email after signup, and the egiftcards come after 3 months, not instantly.

Usually, when I signed off with other providers they will do it within few days but this is taking so long . I have received an email with welcome packing but still not connected with the.     Signed up for the Superloop deal back in end August. Got a text this morning and my gift card was emailed today. Great that they send out a text now as the email that he gift card comes through looks like the typical scammy emails which people might accidentally delete.
