How to Create Turkish PlayStation Account?

Hi everyone. As usual, I tried to create a Turkish PlayStation account directly from the console but this morning it gave me a new error which I was unable to resolve.

I tried searching on Google but to no avail.

Can you help me please?

    And how do I use the VPN from the console?I tried Turkish proxies, but it didn't work

  After many attempts I confirm that it is no longer possible to create a Turkish PlayStation account from the PlayStation itself. Has anyone managed to use a way to create a PlayStation network account or share it?
