Product details
Discover a more thorough clean with the Ecovacs DEEBOT X2 OMNI! An intelligent robot vacuum and mop, this uniquely shaped cleaner will get right up to your walls and corners, for the ultimate hands-free cleaning experience.

The all-new compact square design and wider brush roller allow for cleaning right up to the edge of areas around the home, improving the pickup of dust, dander, debris, and pet hair. And, with an improved airflow system and up to 8000Pa of suction power, you can relax knowing that even when you’re not cleaning, the home is still clean.

The dual mop pads ensure that the X2 OMNI can clean all messes, regardless of what or where they are. Sticky sauces on kitchen floors or pet hair in the carpets, neither are an issue.

But cleaning your floors isn’t all the X2 OMNI can do. With the included Almighty OMNI Station your robot will auto-empty debris into the 3L bin (storing up to 60 days of debris at a time), before auto-washing and drying the mop pads, preventing bacteria growth and odours — a more hygienic clean, from start to finish.

8000Pa of suction power and an upgraded airflow system provide superior dust-sucking effectiveness.
200mm Extra Long Roller Brush covers more ground for faster cleaning.
The X2 OMNI automatically lifts the mop pads when the ultrasonic sensor detects carpet, preventing the risk of wet accidents
Auto-Empty: Equipped with a large 3L dust bag, so there's no need to empty for 60 days.
Auto-Clean: After cleaning a certain area, it will return to the station to wash the mop.
3D Map 2.0 and embedded laser navigation offer accurate and thorough cleaning.
Get all the cleaning done with up to 210 minutes of battery life on a single charge.

If ecovac willing to update their old robot yeah.. They mapping is horrible. One close door and the machine refuses to go to that room or creating brand new map…

Hardware wise they good but software…. They don't give a crap

Check support. When it's going to try and reset map just turn of unit and then turn back on and it willd reload correct map

      I haven't lost a map in a while

      • Sounds pretty annoying for a device that is supposed to just go about it's business, for a month or so at a time… I too have written this brand off entirely, over what I have read. It's a shame because this unit is smaller and more powerful, just hamstrung by the weak software. And while that 'could' be fixed in future, it seems to be a longstanding issue that won't be forthcoming anytime soon.

Still waiting for mine to get repaired properly - bought T9+ for more than $1k (it was their flagship at that time). After using it just over 2 years, wheels are stuck. Send for repair in early October (after raising the issue in August), paid $120 for the repair (for some reason they clean the brush, not the wheel), came back last week (Monday), wheel stuck (again) on Tuesday, communicated to the team and still waiting for a response after a week. Personally will stay clear of this brand - customer service is literally zero.

My roborock lasted more than 5 years and still working.

I bought my X1 from JB HiFi. It stopped wetting the mopping pads during mopping after about half a year . Went to JB and got a new one.

  • Well i have had the X2 since release and have had 0 issues with the above. I have quite a large house and it maps and cleans with no issues even if a door is closed. The only room it has an issue with has a bright blue glow from a fish tank setup so assume the blue throws the sensors off.

Sure the app could be a bit better in places and it can have odd cleaning paths but it really doesnt bother me. When its vaccuming and mopping for me it can do what it wants, as long as the end result is a clean house.

That's the problem.. They don't even care.. We all know x1 have criss cross mopping…. Do they bother to fix previous problems or give this new features in T9? Noo, with software updates this easy fix. so if your x2 down the line have bug.. You have to buy x3..

  • Ecovacs X1 works awesome for me.

Ecovacs has gone backward with their mapping system and AI. We’ve got both the T8 AIVI and the X1 Plus. The T8 mapping is a lot better. The map looks like my house floor plans. It would be very close to the actual house plans if you overlay them. The T8 is better at returning to the station to empty and charge. Whereas the X1 will constantly roam the house looking for the station, and sometimes it doesn’t fully dock to charge. When we initially got the X1 the mapping was very bad, but has improved although, not as good as the T8, since it was sent in for repair to the off-floor sensor. It is nothing like the house floor plan. The biggest problem is that Ecovacs rarely updates the firmware.

My understanding is the older models use camera for mapping. Whereas the newer models no longer use the camera. Hopefully, the X2 has improved on the mapping software.

I wouldn’t recommend the X1 as we are very disappointed in our last purchase.

  • Thank you

  • I was hoping to grab an Omni X2 and have never owned a robovac before…but the comments on here are pretty negative.

What brands/models are other people using? What can reliably vaccum, mop, clean itself and empty it's own wastebin?
