    As someone else has mentioned, 2-for-1 Tuesday doesn't seem to work any more!

    That's bad… have they removed this good bargain? If anyone has got 2-for-1 Tuesday working today, please post here and let us now, because otherwise it seems that deal is gone now (it worked the last time I ordered, but not today).

        The banner is there, but there's no discount when you actually try to order for Tuesday.

        Normally, it automatically applies (no need to even type any discount code). Today, no discount—-I even tried manually adding "TWOSDAY", but it just says "Sorry, This voucher has already been redeemed or is only applicable for either pick up or delivery". (Of course, there is no 2-for-1 discount shown in the total, whether you choose pick up or delivery.) So sad.

            What time on Tuesday is your pick up? Maybe that's the issue now? I put in my usual order (always worked before!) of 2 large veggie pizzas for a pickup time of 7.45pm on Tues, and the total just shows $32.90 (instead of $16.45 like in the past). Tried re-doing the order many times…emptied the cart, clicked again—-still stuck at $32.90.

              • @kashirin: Thank you. I've just tried replicating your order — no success (I even tried with different browsers!).

                I think maybe each Pizza Hut account has a MAX for how many 2-for-1 orders an be made? I've used it many many times in the past.. maybe I've been maxxed out and they no longer want to give me this discount? That doesn't make business sense, though… my money is no good anymore??

                Other discounts (e.g. HUT5130) still work, but not the TWOSDAY deal. So sad…

                    When I switched to another branch, the total updated to half price, then when I switched back to my original branch the total went up again and a message flashed:
                    "The total price of your cart has changed. '2 for Tuesday' was removed because it is not available at this time".

                    Goodness… quite a few branches are no longer accepting '2 for Tuesday'. I don't know why Pizza Hut allows individual franchisees to just nullify this promo when it's supposed to be nationwide!

                    T&Cs: "2 for 1 Pizza Offer valid on large pizzas for pick up only. Minimum of one pizza out of two to have a standard menu price of $16.45 or above. Cheapest standard pizza price will be discounted. Surcharges apply for variations or customisations to chargeable toppings or crusts on both pizzas. Not available for create your own & half 'n' half."

                    EDIT: just saw above comment… confirming i've found the same - all pizza huts in my area no longer seem to be honouring 2for1 tuesday!

    @Gotyourback - this will be a test of the truth of your handle! I am a long-term ShopBack user and OZBargainer and have had nothing but trouble with Shopback including these recent Pizza Hut offers which I took up but wasn't credited. I spent many many hours in the past dealing with Shopback's poor customer service and finally things seemed to be happening as they should so I stopped spending time checking everything. Now, I've checked and found despite multiple purchases, not one has been credited on anything since the end of April! This is a complete farce and will be interesting to see what you can do to help please?

  • well, managed to stuff that up. Was going to order for Tuesday night and my husband's account had that time/day ready to go, but I didn't order then. I ordered on my account first but decided to make it Wed lunch….ordered. Went back to husband's account through Shopback app and forgot to change the day/time to Wed lunch. So, now 1 pizza is for dinner on Tuesday and I have to go back at lunch the next day for the other one lol….oh, well.

      • It was my fault, I just forgot to change the date and time when I went back into into it, but it isn't very obvious when doing the order what the date and time are once you enter them, so I completely forgot about it. You can't see it once you do the order either. It is only in the email and neither of those have come through yet

        • The "per user" is only on the banner and not in the terms and conditions. I don't know why they don't make it clearer after all this time.

    For those waiting for tracking notification:

    Tracking follows the same pattern like Boost Mobile.

    2-3 mins past every hour in your account, 5 mins past every hour to your email.

    If you ordered it before 8pm AEST, but tracking is not reported at 8.02pm AEST, wait for 9.02pm AEST. If it does not turn up, I think you should cancel the order.

        From my experience, the store can only cancel the order on the day of the order. It cannot cancel tomorrow's orders. I think the system hasn't released them to the stores.

      One time few months ago (quite recent) mine was processed within hours. Average 1-2 days. This time it took a whole week.
