      I just have a credit card and it was working fine until just now.

      Have they changed the rewards program?

      I didn't get any emails about it.

        I was almost certain when I saw the notice about it changing to Yello a credit card was an eligible account but I can't find anything about it now.

                @jv: I can't remember now whether it was an email or in app that I read about the change coming. Though I I only remember a minimum 5 transactions on my credit card was going to be required to keep it active which wasn't a problem. Now I see there is other "base eligibility criteria' of having a transaction account.

                All I can find now is from the fine print of emails they sent about rewards recently.

                "The following changes to CommBank Rewards apply from 6 November 2023:

                The program name will change to CommBank Yello Cashback Offers program;
                You will need to meet the 'Base eligibility criteria' in the 'CommBank Yello Terms and Conditions' (latest version available on our website at commbank.com.au) ('CommBank Yello').”
