@Edamamme: It’s faulty because It doesn’t mop wit the entire brush roller, it only dispenses small amounts of water and leaves water streaks so it’s not cleaning the entire floor. Look to be perfectly honest it’s okay for picking up spills and doing a surface clean. But it definitely won’t do a deep clean of your floors

            • @Jamesk811: Thank you. What vacuum/mop are you considering next?

              • @Edamamme: Tineco One S3. Only issue with this one that can’t compete with Dyson is it can’t vacuum rugs or carpets

            • @Jamesk811: I found that it took took long for my liking to be fully wet so pre-wet the roller and all good now.

              • @Wombatstew: Do you find it actually cleans your floor? I use a paper towel and test the floor by rubbing it with water and a paper towel and it’s still black…

    • I’m very happy with my V8.
Of course the main benefit of stick vacuums are just that they’re massively more convenient. I think if you’re looking for maximum suction corded is still your best bet.

      • You been using it for regular used rug ?

How is Ur experience with results of V8

I’ve been pretty happy with it. It gets used on all the carpeted surfaces of the house (maybe 40% of the houses flooring). Three people + two dogs live in the house and the V8 has collected all the dirt pretty happily.
The V8 has two power modes: less suction, longer battery; maximum suction, less battery. You’re supposed to use it in the less suction mode most of the time, and swap it over to maximum succ only when necessary. The difference in battery life is pretty radical.
Most of the house (hard floors and carpets) is fine to use the lesser mode with, if a carpet is particularly dirty I’ll use the maximum mode and it does suck up much more effectively.

  • I'm in Sydney, and I got a tracking number four days ago. But, there haven't been any updates on where my package is since then. I'm concerned it might be lost, especially because I had a package go missing with StarTrack last year
