  Hi @John Lam. I was thinking of having the 32A 7kW Portable EV Charger installed on an outside wall plugged into a 5 pin 32A socket. Is is weatherproof and will I be able to leave the plug in permanently? Thanks

    hi @johnnie23 the plug is IP66 is water-resistant, and the charger control box is IP67, so it is dust proof and waterproof up to 1m for a short time. If you intend to leave the charger plugged in and outside, we recommend you have a protective box built around the socket and the charger to protect it from the elements, when you need to charge simply open the box, turn the switch on and pull out the cable and charge. And as with anything high power, installation should be done by qualify sparky in the first place. Hope this helps.
