  • Do Myer issued gift cards count towards ShopBack?

    • No. Gift cards will void your entire cashback.

  • I posted this on a Garmin post, but it also relates to thi deal :
For anyone interested, the Garmin Epix 2 White Saphire is $849 @ David Jones with 10% Cashback til 10pm.
Also $849 @ Myer with 9% Shopback - I was hoping it would be listed under watches for the full 17% but it seems not.
I finally bought the bullet as my plan is to replace the White band with a Titanium coloured one to match the case. The white on the side will just be some contrast. After Cashback of $77.18 it brings it down to $771.82 which is as cheap as a Venu 3. I have the originl Venu and it has been brilliant with the OLED screen so looking forward to this one.

    • It tracks the RRP amount-GST if I’m not wrong hence the CB is always less.

  • Comparing to Cashrewards, it takes much longer for my cashback to be available for withdrawal from ShopBack.

  • Did anyone else have a failed tracking and further escalation rejection for this promo?

Used the SB iOS app to give the best chances of tracking, but for some reason, SB has denied both the SB and Westpac components.

I've since done another transaction using the app and both components went though properly…

    • +1

Had to make a claim because it never tracked (used their app) and claim got rejected. Provided them with screenshots of invoice, matching click history & time of purchase, etc and still they rejected it! So annoyed as I did everything I was supposed to, like I have always done. ShopBack definitely isn’t as reliable as it used to be!
