Yes that's right. If you are interested in Japanese made bonsai tools, this is about as cheap as they come.

Will this come with an elderly Japanese man who can teach me karate?

The scissors will help with your bonsai, from the bonsai, you will learn patience, from the patience, you will wait and after you have finished waiting only then will the old man find you 👴

This is the first sale the stores run, so it's while stocks last but shipping should be fairly fast pre-Christmas

  • Any suggestions on where to get entry level bonsai in Perth? That are ok in our climate?

    • There was a place in Mount Lawley that sells them, they had a massive range

Unfortunately not too familiar with the Perth scene since we are based in the East Coast. There is a store over there but the name is escaping me right now.

Avoid Bunnings, the trees you start with need to be looked after in the supply chain and they can die weeks to months later after being left out in the heat or packed in to trucks. The best place to start would be a local Bonsai club, everyone is very welcoming and you'll often end up being gifted or sold a great starter tree well below market price.

    • If you aren't keen to catch up with a club in person Facebook Marketplace can be another good option for people who want to move on some of their early trees or surplus starters.

  • Manscaping and plantscaping sorted! 😇
