If anyone's interested in the ROM and video quality, looks decent quality for the price

  • Should one just go with the C210 for almost 1/3 of the price with the most recent deal?

Depends on what you are after, this one had pan and tilt control so you can move it around and have a wider view angle, the 210 is fixed so you will only see where it is pointing to. I use the 210 for inside the house, for outdoor I brought the VIGI until wide is similar to this but can send to NVR.

you must be thinking of another camera, c210 has pan and tilt

you are correct that it's an indoor camera so if you were to use it outdoors it needs to be protected from the elements

if you have a patio or something and the camera is under cover - with power points within a reasonable distance it's a hard deal to beat at around $50 - especially for the hardware and software they give you

  • One of these for HomeKit would be amazing. Aqara needs to make one ASAP!

    • i'm also waiting on an aqara outdoor cam

  • These are poe?

    • Both.

Either a 9v cable, or a POE, your choice.
