Hopefully someone who owns one can give us an honest OzB review

    • I have older version of this and its worth every cents. Don't know how different this model is to compare to old model, but I'm happy with my one.

Thanks, does yours having spinning mop heads?

        • Yes spinning mop and vaccum. But I use roborock for the vaccum. And Narwal for mopping.

    • Mine is fantastic, beats the POS Dreame L10s i threw out.

I have had one since May-23. Paid full price for it from Costo and have been very happy with it. We use it 4 times a week for both vacuum and mop. The mop is far superior than the fixed pad that just pushes to mop. Two circulating rotors are much better at mopping. We do clean the corners once a month by hand with some tissues. They are not dirty as such but the mop just can't get into corners. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask, hope this was helpful.

Just ordered one, waiting for this type of vacuum + mod Robot for 6-months, and the online review of this product looks good.

It's not satisfied, Costco has free return policy within 30-days.

    • 0o0o money back guarantee!

    • Isn't free return only if unused? Or is there a specific satisfaction guarantee?

      • You can return even if it is used.

          Sounds good.

Don't mind vacuuming, but really dislike mopping. A win if this machine can do both well.

But consumables seems really expensive, the accessary pack is $399, which includes:

          • 2 x Floor cleaners (930ml)
          • 6 x Mop pads
          • 1 x Primary roller brush
          • 4 x Side brushes
          • 2 x Air filters

The machine only comes with 1 bottle of cleaner, no spare pads or brushes, sounds like soon need to spend another $400 on consumables.

The floor cleaner by itself is $60, non-genuine pads and brushes are about $30-40, can probably assume they don't work as well.

    • @Quinton L
      Is it only 30 days?
      I thought longer than that.
      Let me check it out.

  • Very interested, is effective to cover all floor areas? Would it detect rugs, only vacuum but no mop?

How often does the robot have to return to base? Do you have to move the base unit up/downstairs during cleaning?

    • yes, does detect rug and raises it height a little to get on and off rugs. We don't use it on carpet because the vacuum is not as strong for it but it works just as good as a human mop on wooden floorboards.

  • If you have membership you can buy try and return if not happy with the product.

  • Anyone know how many maps can it cteate?

    • It will create a one map, a new map will just overwrite the old one. You can split the map into zones though and set different schedules for different zones and rooms. For example, we use it to mop and vacuum 4 times a week, but kitchen gets done every night. If you are thinking you can use it at two different locations and you can have two maps, that won't be possible. The base station is designed to sit at one spot.
