  These need 24V input to reach 20V output, and the wattage claimed. (Note the 24V DC input requirement).

  They only do voltage step down, so for a normal car they won't exceed 12V output, and likely charge at about 20W normally.

  Many higher wattage car chargers are the same, and not very clear about it - even ones from decent brands.

  For example, the Baseus 45W and 65W car chargers need 24V input to do 20V output, and reach the advertised wattage. Only the 100W model and 160W model (the latter does 100W single port on USB-C) do voltage step up, and output 20V and full wattage from 12V input.
