Having Trouble Adding Ultimate Gift Card to Apple Wallet

Hi guys!

I am experiencing difficulties when attempting to add the Ultimate Gift Card to my Apple Wallet..

I successfully added some of my Ultimate gift cards to my Apple Wallet, but I still have 3 more gift cards to add.

When I try to add a new gift card with the correct information, I receive an error message stating, "Invalid card. Please check the information on your card and try again."

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Do any of you know why this is happening?

    I think it's been less than 24 hours.

    Have you double checked the balance of it to make sure the shop activated it correctly?

    Perhaps there is a limit we don't know about…

      I just checked, and there is a message when I enter my code. "Your card activation failed. Please try again." Do you know what that means?

      • It means there was a failure in the activation of the card. At some time in the future have another crack.

        Have you contacted the card issuer?

        Apple, Google, and Samsung Wallets have limits to the total number of cards a user can have in their wallet at any one time. These companies have their own security process that may stop a user from being able to add a card to their digital wallet. Ultimate Gift Cards has no control of these security protocols put in place by Apple, Google, or Samsung Wallets.

    Contacted Ultimate company, doesn't help.
    Contacted Apple doesn't help.

    • What I did, I added to the other Apple Watch after buying the new watch and it works.
