I use my Citibank debit card to pay for Netflix but it appears it will be moving to NAB and closed down in Feb.
I tried updating the card in profile but it needs local number for sms verification (Turkey).
Can someone guide how to to update the card and obtain Turkey number?
You are champion - I was able to setup Amex card using Nord VPN and sms verification via pingme.
I used pingme but no sms verification received
In pingme you can change your number and try again.
Also in the post about getting netflix through turkey it says to make sure your vpn actually says istanbul turkey.
Not sure why you wouldnt recieve the text though. These are my 2 best guesses though.

also worked for me in live chat - had to try a couple then just said - 'I need to update cc details but getting an SSL error, last chat guy gave me form but disconnected can you please give me the form' and they did it straight away.
This is what I got from live chat: "Oh! The secured form is currently disabled." They might have identified and blocked it already.
PingMe didn't work yesterday and today there are no Turkey numbers..

My Citi bank card expired last month now no Netflix Turkey.
I have activated my National bank card and loaded with $50.

worked out using this method
Install Hola browser with build in VPN. Select the free option.
Within the browser selected Turkey and then go to Netflix site and click on chat button. https://help.netflix.com/en/contactus .
Within about 5 minutes I got an agent and I asked for a secure form (online) to update my payment details,
I entered my new card account details and it worked straight away. Got billed immediately for this month's fee.
No VPN & no phone needed

Hey mate, youll need a VPN and i used an app called pingme to receieve the text message they send.
I tried surfshark(i already have a 3 year subscription) but i kept getting an error i then changed to proton vpn and paid for a month and it worked.
