Love this TV and how there’s hardly any gap between the wall an the frame when mounted especially if the side is exposed to “traffic”. The anti-reflection is another top feature.
It seems like most bezel colours are unavailable everywhere. Discontinued, perhaps? We were hoping for teak or white in 65" or 75".
Ended up getting Amber brown with the 75" now it's back in stock.

@laufey: Lucky you …Sicinadan posted and I just checked that it's back in stock as at 7:55am today. If unsure just grab hold of one first, book a later delivery date and if you change your mind you can easily cancel before delivery.

@laufey: That's my thinking too, eh. Thinking of getting an art 'piece' for the new home. A bit of an indulgence and I might or might not cancel it. From experience, Samsung does do refund.
@idaith: when was your delivery date? my house is yet to build until mid next year but good deal so i felt the need to purchase, but it's a decent quality tv for art piece aesthetic it adds. i guess you can definitely get a better tv but it's what you're looking for. i hope they do refund just in case i change my mind haha

be careful buying directly from samsung, they can and will ignore you if things go wrong which means no warranty, no way to return and you will be left with broken item and loss of money
ACCC can do nothing, had to go to court to get money back

Why did you go to a court rather than a tribunal?
I went to ACCC first, ACCC contacted Samsung, who ignored them
ACCC got back to me and said there is nothing they can do. I had to go to small claims court, the judge had to order Samsung to provide a replacement, which they eventually did.
I believe there is no official "small claims court" here are you referring to the Civil and Administrative Tribunals (CATs)?

If anyone is after a bezel, Samsung have one for sale for $74.50 on ebay for damaged box. Not sure what colour it is though. 6 more available at time of my comment.
