Hi all, is there a way to get a USA mobile number for free or low cost to receive a confirmation sms? If I bought a USA e-sim, would I need to be in the US to activate it? Or is there a workaround like using a VPN? Thanks!

Can download it using the workaround but can't sign up as using VPN insta bans and they don't allow sign up outside USA
@orly: Argh - that worked 6 months ago or so - I still have my number with them.
Might want to try and get an other VPN to see if you can work around that issue.

That's an authenticator? I require an actual mobile USA number for registration.
Twilio will give you incoming USA mobile texts. For nothing on their trial

If you have a look at the Netflix Turkey guide they use a app called PingMe to get a Turkish number. I'd imagine you can do US too.
