Seems like a ok cooler. Wouldn't expect too much from 12v. As people commented might need something frozen to help it along. 240v should keep things colder. At this price what do you want

  Wouldn't expect too much from 12v

  There are plenty of options for fridge/freezers that will go below 0° without adding ice.
  12v isn’t a problem, it’s that this is thermo-electric and not compressor.
