Click on the left side of the page where it says "Count Me in". Then allow the app on Facebook and you will get 5 free credits. After you get the first 5 free credits, click Count Me In again and you will get 5 more, 10 free credits max. Use your Facebook Credits to watch movies, buy special game items and discover new games!

sounds like your pop up blockers on. try a different browser. or try holding the Ctrl key whilst clicking the link and see if it allows it to open.
Nope, Count Me In opens a popup, then click "Redeem Now" and that little section then goes blank. Nothing else comes up. I'd say its been Ozbargained.
