Is this the same as the original UCS X-Wing? (not red five) it looks stumpier.

Engine nacelles look oversized, makes the proportions look very messed up.
No it's not a 1:1 re-release of the 10240 set. See the comparison here.
Imo, the 75355 still looks better overall, even with the oversized engines mainly due to the nose/fuselage section looking a lot more fleshed-out and detailed compared to the really ugly nose on the 10240 and better detailing/greebling overall on the 75355.

The 7191 X-Wing is actually pretty good-looking for a 23-year old UCS set and not too far off from the 75355.
Most of the UCS sets of that era are really janky/ugly by today's Lego UCS standards.
Shame you didn't keep it, it's worth about $500 used and $1,700 BNIB these days.
I did get around 400 or so for it, and it went to good use :)
