  • Add me on the waiting list for another deal like l1 😃 (but I need 32gb of ram)

  • +1

How’s the r5 deal not sold out yet!

    • Stock is starting to run low :)

  • It says built in Ethernet does that mean there’s internet

    • +1

Ethernet = internet through cable to modem/router.

  • has anyone gotten a shipping notification yet?

    • I was going to ask the exact same thing bought on 23/11 still no shipping notification @enigmapc?

      • +2

CURRENT DISPATCH TIMES: 7-10 business days. If there is a change to this, it will be reflected on the product pages dispatch times.

You're currently at 6 business days; 4/12-7/12 would be business days 7-10.

    • +2

Just got an email saying their dispatch times are between 15-20 business days then another 3-5 days on top of that for delivery.. would have been nice if this was mentioned in the advertisement.. good luck getting your PC before Christmas…

      • +1

hmm seems very suspicious because originally it had shorter dispatch times, up to a month for pretty standard pc builds that they selected the parts to be available seems odd. Maybe they are waiting on parts or didn't have the stock on hand. Even in this post it says 7-10 days, strange why that would double and they didn't tell you instead you had to email them about it. Can you keep the thread updated on when they start to ship?

        • -1

The dispatch times were reflected on each PCs page.

We have all the stock required to fulfill all our orders, we are not waiting on any stock, we just have a lot of PCs to build :)

Our PCs are built in the order they were received

    • Please shoot our customer service team a message for any updates specific orders :)

      • The SHOP app shows "Partially delivered", what does that mean?

        • +1

You most likely have shipping insurance or another item in your order that is not a PC, this means those items have been fulfilled. Once your PC is fulfilled the order will change to fulfilled. You can check more detail by clicking into the order and looking at which items are fulfilled and which are awaiting fulfillment.

  • +1

Anyone else not receive spare cables with the 3060ti build using 1200w modular psu? Bit annoying to have to buy more cables seperate down the line to upgrade GPU when they would have normally come with the PSU.

    • We use OEM parts and we do not get the same cables/accessories/peripherals as retail kits do. This is one reason why we are able to provide such good value on our PCs!

If you require specific cables please shoot us an email and we will see what we can help with :)

    • Unbelievable. I was planning on swapping out the GPU when it arrived. Nice to know that won't be possible.
Not that it seems like it's coming any time soon.

  • +1

Does anyone know what happens to the orders that aren't completed before 18th? will they be delayed until the reopening in January? My 15-20 business days goes over the 18th

    • +1

Shoot our customer support team an email and they will be able to advise with regards to your order ETD :)

      • +1

I did that and all i got was the generic 15-20 business days response back

        • -1

Our support team are dealing with a high quantity of requests, If you would like to specifically know if it will be ready before or after our christmas break, please include that in your request :)

Please shoot me a direct message with your order number and I will have a look at your request to our support team :)

          • +1

@enigmapc: I asked about whether it would arrive before Christmas. Response:

"We are currently working on getting everything dispatched before christmas.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification with tracking.

At this stage your PC will not be ready before we close"

It doesnt make sense. You hope everything will be dispatched, except my order, which wont be ready, so the easier answer was "No it wont." if I am reading that right.

  • +1

Has anyone had their order shipped yet?

    • -1

We have shipped over 300 customer PCs since this deal started :)

      • Oh that's nice for those of us with no time frame.

        :)

  • Here's a timeline of my order in case people are still wondering about shipping.
I placed my order on 23 Nov around 9PM.

11 Dec (after business hours) I emailed support for an update.
12 Dec 9AM I got an email saying Enigma is working on getting everything dispatched before the Christmas break, and that my PC was 10th in the queue to be built.

I received a shipping confirmation email on 15 Dec around 12PM.

  • +2

    ordered on the 24th Nov

18th Dec still no shipping details

checked their website and find that they are now on holidays until the 12th Jan

PC was ordered as a Christmas box for my son — NOT VERY HAPPY !!!!

    • +4

Same issue here. Ordered on the 24th, after a week I was told it should be ready after 15-20 business days. Figured that puts it on the last Friday before Christmas so I will have to accept it even though I think that's too long to wait.
Went to go take a look today and they are closed until 12 Jan- No communication about any of this either.

I understand that they may have had more demand than they anticipated but communication would go a long way, and I would definitely question the decision to go on break the week before Christmas with month old orders still pending.

    • +1

Same issue - ordered 25th Nov and was told 15-20 business days. Nothing received and no communication. Closing from 18th Dec - 12th Jan with a backlog of orders to be shipped speaks volumes about this company. Lesson learnt.

    • +1

Same issue. Ordered on 24th around 10 am.
4 Dec, I emald spport for a update. Then I was told first time that new time frame for all order is 15-20 busincess days. Was happy about the reply and expected it would be arrived before chistmas as it was still 3 weeks away.
19 Dec, sent a new email for update then realized they were already closed for Holidays. What a suprise! Not happy at all.

  • Timeline for those that are interested;
Ordered 23th Nov AM (the I2 but with 6700XT)
Enigma updated on 26th Nov, will dispatch by 7th December
Received shipped confirmation on the 29th November
    Arrived 6th December (Perth).

  • +1

    purchased a pc nov 24
    no update yet
    emailed twice with no answer.
came back to this thread to see they're away until jan 12

    not impressed

  • I placed an order on Nov 24. Made some changes to my order as it hadn't been built which was good service. Had been recieving same 15-20 business days text and email. Found out they are now closed until Jan 12 ! They had been saying before christmas but now no communication at all. It will be a month and half till Jan 12. This is so frustrating as my break would be soon over by the time pc arrives. Get better @enigmapc get better !

  • +1

As per other comments, no emails or texts received advising of status, dispatch changes etc. I ordered mine 25/11, given the updates of those who have received theirs and their order date / time, mine is looking like late January at best. Not a great customer experience.

  • If you try to call on 1300 731 415 you get this pre-recorded message: "In celebration of the holidays we are currently closed and will re-open on January 12th. Thank you and happy holidays." CLICK.

Thanks a lot. Happy holidays. The PC I ordered in November that was originally meant to take 10 business days, and was then delayed to 15-20 with a promise it would be here by Christmas, doesn't look like it will be coming any time soon.

    "Happy holidays."

  • Ordered on the 24th, just got my shipping notification. Looks like they are still assembling out PCs

  • Hi Guys. I received my PC a few weeks ago. So far I have been given 16 instead of 32GB ram.

Also, I am stuck on the BIOs screen and system will not boot? Any ideas from you helpful lot?

    • What does the screen say?

      • It only kept going to the BIOS so I changed the settings to recognise the hard drive to boot from, but now it says to insert a disk or USB to boot from.

So it does not work if you just turn it on.

    • It doesn't come with an operating system, so will default to BIOS screen. Did you install one yet? If applicable, you may also need to ensure boot method changed to Windows in the BIOS (even if already installed on the HD).

      • Thanks Gav.

I figured this so I am creating a Windows bootable USB. Fingers crossed!

        • Update: Enigma sent me the extra ram. I am happy with the experience. The PC looks nice, cabling is neat and I got it in time for my kid's birthday.

For anyone still waiting, it's a bummer. They had a lot of orders to process and were closed over Xmas, which might explain some of the delay.

  • I urge people to consider leaving a review:

    https://au.trustpilot.com/review/enigmapc.com.au

  • Received my PC yesterday even though I was under the assumption they were closed until the 12th. Very happy with the build and a nice surprise to get it before the new year.

  • Still haven't recieved my PC man. It sucks

  • +1

Ordered mine on the 24th. First email received the same generic 15-20 business days, we are working to dispatch before Christmas… Now Monday 8th January and no emails / notification. Christmas present for my son, who is bitterly disappointed. Communication in these situations goes a long way, so not very happy at all with my first Enigma experience… Are others still waiting?

    • Yeah, still waiting and no comms either. Like you, Christmas present for child.

    • Still waiting. No comms. Absolute joke. Christmas gift ordered in November for a kid who’ll be back to school by the time this damn PC arrives.

      • Same here. School will be back and no computer despite them saying they would arrive by Christmas.

    • I got notified that my pc is shipped on monday evening. Was tracking the shippment all throughout tuesday and it said RTS im the evening. I contacted the delivery company and they told me that they only ship to regional cities for business address and not on private address. So basically it got sent back again. What a joke. WTF am I supposed to do now. Will just have to wait till they open again

      • I got delivery in regional Vic to a residential address. Came via boring ol' Parcel Post (Aus Post). Unfortunately sounds like they'll need to resend via another provider.

        • Finally, I just recieved my PC via auspost.

    • Finally received a shipping notification - due mid next week… Interestingly, no response at all to my email enquiry :(
I think this will be my first and last Enigma experience…

  • Got the PC and its amazing. The BIOS menu logs shows that they optimize everything from fan curves to memory clockspeed. The assembly was really good with no any quality issue. I only put one 500GB WD black SSD when I bought it but upon disassembly I found a 2nd identical SSD but the thermal pad peel wasn't peeled off. Basically it had an extra SSD by mistake I guess. Overall very happy with the build and I would suggest them to have better communications with customers.
