  • I picked the 4070 model but the code doesn't work. BF AURORA - R6

7W548278BEJ9 discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart

    • Should be fixed now :)

    • +1

My order got cancelled today due to insufficient part. Unacceptable customer service. I ordered on Thursday.

  • plus delivery

Costs $50 for delivery to me.

    • +1

This is the standard delivery price for our PCs, they are bulky and cost a lot to ship safety, I'll update the title

  • Hi EnigmaPC

Selected pickup, but also incurr a "Shipping Insurance $14.13" in the shopping cart?

    • In your cart there will be a line item, shipping insurance, just remove it from cart :)

  • Looking at Aurora I2 deal. Whats the best upgrade to apply? For kids gaming PC, fortnite etc. thanks!

    • +2

Upgrading the SSD to the 2TB WD Black is a great option to make sure they have heaps of storage available :)

  • PC noob here that likes to play warzone, is the I1 a good one to play warzone on? Hoping someone can help 😃

    • Warzone at 1080P on extreme settings should get you about 90FPS on average, so it's definitely playable :)

      • What would be the best budget option for Warzone out of these PCs?

        • The i1 is the best budget option, if you can splurge the i2, R3 and R5 will all perform better.

The R6 will be in a league of its own relative to the other PCs

        • Youd want more cpu power since warzone is heavy on cpus.
Dont know if they can upgrade to a 12 or 13th gen i5. 13600kf would be good for wZ.

          • +1

            @DiGz: a 13600KF upgrade option is available on the i2 :)

    • 1080p vs 1440p: there's negligible-extra gaming enjoyment / immersiveness, but 1440p-gaming will cost you TWICE-as-much….1080p-gaming is value-king for those with limited-budget.

      I1 (i5-11400F 3060Ti) & I2 (i5-12400F 3060Ti) will play most AAA-rated games, & may-be boycott games that are high-graphic, eg Starfield.

      Systems are balanced for gaming.

Nothing bad about LAST-generation parts…it does the job.

    • Definitely go for the l2, much better value and only $100 more expensive!

  • I thought the 3060ti is better than a 6700 XT?

    • +1

The 6700XT slightly performs better than the 3060Ti but the 3060Ti has better ray tracing performance and has DLSS support. The 6700XT also has 12GB of VRAM

      • Thanks. Also The upgraded SSD becomes Gen 3 rather than Gen 4?

        • +2

Yes the upgrade is gen 3 but you won't notice a big difference in games. The extra storage space will be much more useful than the extra speed

          • @enigmapc: 4070 Windforce is gone?

            • @RHSteven: Yes it is but we have the ASUS NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4070 DUAL at no extra cost as a replacement :)

  • Which one of these would be good for a beginner PC gamer that presents the best value entry for long-term PC gaming.

    • These PCs are all great gaming PCs, with the i1, i2 and R5 your performance difference will mostly be CPU based. The R6 is a new GEN PC and the R3 has a 6700XT in it.

How much performance you get will be based on how much you spend. The i1 is an amazing value for what you get but the i2 and R5 will perform better longer term.

Which one you get will be based on your budget :)

  • BF Aurora Gaming PC- R6
    Has no Motherboard altenatives/upgrades

    • We only have the one option for that deal :)

    • +1

Did you take into account the discount code? Our PCs are well below what you can purchase parts for on the retail market. We also have some high end parts in our PCs (especially the more expensive options)

      • +1

My apologies, thought the mark down was already the discounted price!

        • All good! The discount code adds $400 off the PCs marked down price, its an ozbargain special :)

          • +1

@enigmapc: Would you guys offer customisation without graphics card at all, while also using a discount code?

            • +1

@Tbargain12: Unfortunately not, we only sell fully functional PCs as this is a requirement from our vendors

  • As someone with no idea but sees the flood of gaming PC deals in here, what would I need just to upgrade an old PC for work tasks such as heavy web browsing (30+ tabs open), Lightroom, running Microsoft excel macros and the likes, not so much worried with gaming. Is it mostly RAM and CPU I need to look at? Or does a gaming PC automatically translate to being good at these other things? Cheers

    • For productivity RAM and CPU would be the main things you should look at as they will determine how your PC performs when having lots of things open at once and running background tasks whilst working in the foreground

  • Perhaps a silly question, your R6 system has a 1600W PSU. Other retailers are shipping their RTX 4070 systems with 650W ones. I'm all for "bigger is better" but will this PSU be an unnecessary power hog or is that just a hypothetical maximum figure?

    • +2

The 1600W is just the maximum it can do, not how much it actually uses. The power usage will be the same, but with our PC you will get a higher quality power supply

  • Curious the 1200W Corsair HX1200 80 Plus Platinum retails for at least $400, half the price of the I2 PC build, what's going on here?

    • +3

Its black Friday! We got an amazing price on our components including power supplies as our vendors needed to move the stock. On top of this we are moving to a new warehouse so we are aiming to sell most of it to make the move faster :)

  • Thanks Enigma PC, finally faltered to buying a PC.
Please let me know if the power supply causes any issues, as PCPP stated that it is too large for the case.

    • +2

We have tested and it does fit :)

      • Thanks, looking forward to the PC

  • Any possibility of wifi card free upgrade or paid if failing that for Aurora r3?

    • Unfortunately we don't have a free wifi upgrade available but you can add a wifi card in the customiser under the wifi and bluetooth section

  • Hi EnigmaPC

Any time you do good deals on non-gaming machines.
For example the I1 with onboard graphics (no card - see its the most expensive part) and a larger hdd/ssd (like 2GB).
    Basically just for office/programming work.

    Thanks

    • We don't see it going any cheaper than this and once out of stock we don't see this deal coming back again :)

  • BF AURORA - R3 (BLACK)- AMD RYZEN 5 5600 - RX 6700 XT - $988 — FYI its PCPP part list contains 2 GPUs.

    • +1

Fixed! Thanks for letting us know!

  • Place order! what a great price for the PC with a monster Power supply!

ordered 2 Pc's however I forgot to choose the free upgrade.. so sent them an email. hope they can fix it up for me.

  • Are these built already? Would you consider shipping all the components in their boxes stock?

    • yes they are already assembled and tested. We can only ship fully assembled PCs :)

      • Any chance of leaving win 11 unactivated on the builds for those who did not pay for activated version? Thanks :) great deal! I think it's the lowest ever for 3060ti build with quality components.

  • +1

Hey, I want to order the BF AURORA - R6 (BLACK) - AMD RYZEN 5 7500F - RTX 4070. CanSD from 500 GB I upgrade the SSD to 2tb for free and wondering which ram is better? The (PNY XLR8 RGB MAKO EPIC-X 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz C40 - Black or CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 32GB (2X16GB) 3600MHZ C18). Thanks in advanced

    • That system can't use CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 32GB (2X16GB) 3600MHZ C18) and it doesn't show up for me as an option

    • The PNY RAM is DDR and is compatible with the R6, the corsair ram is not compatible with the R6

  • Just has ordered R6 4070 build, this is a really good price if you compare it to other retailers out there having their Black Friday deals. Absolute beast PSU, the motherboard is not cheap, ASUS dual 4070 non oc is not a bad card either. Solid build.

  • i ordered the BF AURORA - R6 (BLACK) i realised rn that i couldve upgrade the cpu to amd AMD RYZEN 5 7600X. can i do that still?

    • Shoot out support team an email at [email protected] and see if they can do this for you :)

  • Ordered. Thanks 🔂 rep

    Marked and edit later

  • Cheapest I can find 3060ti is 470ish, can't build a PC with that for this cheap, thanks for deal

    • Thanks! Appreciate your support :)

  • +1

From someone who has worked at 2 pc stores I must say this is a crazy deal, including some really good parts for value as well big props.

Assuming some of these vendors are international I just haven't seen a way vendors in AU able to do this kind of deal.

I'll be looking forward to buying one tonight!

Quick question Can you guys ship GPUS separately?

    • Our GPUs ship installed, we have never had a damaged GPU :)

      • Sweet as long as its packed well
I'll be keen to for it this coming week

  • Just bought the i2 for my son as a Christmas present. I changed up a couple of the components. these systems are a great deal and i would've bought one for myself if i didnt only just updated my pc 10 months ago. TY Enigma, cant wait for it to arrive

  • On PC part picker there are potential compatibility issues:
A Problem: The Corsair HX1200 Platinum 1200 W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply length of 200mm exceeds Deepcool CC360 ARGB MicroATX Mini Tower Case maximum of 160mm.
How will you guys be able to fit the psu when the case only holds 160mm?

    • +1

We have tested this in the case itself, it does fit, the case has an option to move the HDD cage closer to the front :)

  • Longshot but if the BF AURORA - R6 comes back in stock I would love to purchase one! Sadly missed out it seems, amazing deal!!

  • I2 vs R5, is there any benefit in choosing the R5? Intel CPU looks to be better than the AMD, but priced less.

    • I2 is definitely better but out of stock

  • Sold out cases (I'm not talking about the products inside, I'm talking about the computer. For example, BF Aurora - i2 (Black) Intel Core i5 12400F - RTX 3060 Ti product, will it be back in stock? If so, do you have any information about when it will arrive?

    • There won't be any more stock, once these PCs are sold out, they are gone!

  • +1

Placed the order for i2 last night, but I was just being informed its OOS and the order was cancelled…

    • Ordered this morning at about 7am and had the same call. What time did you order? Not great updating if it had been out of stock since yesterday.

      • +1

        19:39 Sydney Time yesterday…

        • The most awesome part is the 5+ business day wait to get the money back. Was a too-good-to-be-true kinda deal I guess. I have bought from them before and they were really good with a fast turnaround.

    • +1

Placed my order this morning for i2 and just got the cancellation phonecall too. Had you changed any parts in the system? I had upgraded to the 3070 and wondering if that had anything to do with it.

      • +1

        nah didn't do much.

      • I claimed a "free upgrade." Maybe I shouldn't have? I was told they still had stock of R3 and R5, which cost more and are seem like worse value to me.

      • We ran out of motherboards and CPUs :)

    • +2

Hey guys, sorry, but we're all out of motherboards and CPUs for that deal. Our system was supposed to stop taking orders last night when we ran out, but it kept going.

Good news is, we've contacted and refunded everyone who got caught up in the mix-up. The refund timeline is in your bank's hands, not ours.

Apologies for the hassle! This is not kind of experience we strive to give out customers and for that we are sorry.

      • +1

Perhaps you can do something similar with this i3 deal?

        https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/805869

        • Unfortunately that deal is also out of stock, we have reported it as out of stock as we are unable to edit the deal ourself. Once the mods get to it they will make it out of stock :)

We can't get any more of the motherboards in unfortunately otherwise we would

      • +1

This is very frustrating - especially considering the payments are now tied up when other black friday deals are on offer. Do you intend to offer an alternate deal to all of the valuable clients who tried to purchase this one?

        • We still have the R5 available, all other deals have been sold out. We still have freebie stock available for the R5

With the way we do refunds, they are typically available within 30 minutes, but they can take longer if your bank delays the process

        • The alternate deal is to pay more for a lesser offer. Funds being tied up is the banks fault and not enigmas for taking half a day to update when they were out of stock.
Sorry, just a bit disappointed. Especially since ive had good experiences with enigma in the past.

          • +2

@smerf: We are sorry to hear we have not met your expectations.

I have had a discussion with management and we can offer anyone who had an i2 cancelled on them with an extra freebie from the list of freebies.

Just contact us after you have placed the order with you choice of freebie and we will add it to your order :)

            • +1

@enigmapc: Would you extend that to the people who bought the I1 that got cancelled as well?

            • @enigmapc: Thanks sounds like a great offer. Can i make sure you still have r5 deal before i order?

  • Another 10x R6’s , please !! Common Enigma embrace the Christmas spirit, coupla extra units for the workers who can’t be on Ozbargain mid day. Much appreciated

    • I wish we could! Unfortunately stock is super limited! Once its gone, its gone

  • Sad to hear the stock ran out so soon :( are there plans for something similar for cyber Monday or even boxing day?

    • The demand has been crazy, we ahve never sold this many PCs before.

Unfortunately this is it, there won't be any more PC deals on Cyber monday and we ahve no plans for a boxing day sale.

THe R5 is still an amazing value PC and has some great freebies including X570 Motherboard, AX1600i power supply and SSD upgrades! We have never listed a PC as cheap as the R5 before :)

  • R5 still seems to have some nice PSU and motherboard upgrades available

  • Trying to place an order for the Aurora I1 Gaming PC - (11400F | RTX 3060 Ti) - Black - Custom, however the Ozbargain discount code 7W548278BEJ9 is not applicable for that item in the cart.

Are you guys able to fix this please?

    • This i1 deal oos a day ago.

I think this code only works for r5.

  • Only saw this deal yesterday from another comment, checked the notification history and saw it there but idk somehow just missed it on the day.. Been w8ing half a year for a great deal like this one, maybe just have to w8 more :(
