This is a question for people who had travel insurance with RACV, when Covid travel bans kicked in.
Has anyone else received a letter saying you may be eligible for a full or partial refund?
Just wondering about people's thoughts on it and if anyone knows why they are doing this?

It's not Jetstar … (Here's a gift voucher because you chased us for compensation … and you have to pay us to use the gift voucher)
It's a physical letter that asks me to type in the racv website and gives me a subdirectory to type in.
I'm wondering if RACV is being asked to make payments or if it's their own goodwill

Wasn't hard to find the link. It's legit. Looks like ASIC have had a whinge to RACV and thus the "voluntary" refunds to avoid penalties.
