      Yes it is.
      I had to check an order I placed more than a year ago to confirm.
      Now I found that out of four items I purchased that day one was clearance items for which cashback wasn't provided.
      Not sure if someone knows cashback is not eligible for clearance items.

    Cashrewards, do better next time.

    Just remove the following terms 'the following brands: CHANEL, Dior, Hermes, Aesop.' and you will best out Shopback.

      Bought some samsonites last night and got some cashback at around 7%, even though the lugguages are at 40% discount ! Problem is, it doesn't show you how much % you will get back at the time of purchase

    Does this cashback exclusion include an item which Myer is discounting by 10% with no code? Eg I can't actually avoid this "discount" which shows up in the checkout.

      It's over, but the answer is **it shouldn't*.

      The advertised price in your case is $177.60 less 10%, so $159.84. Take a screen shot if you're concerned.

    Well, Myer just cancelled my two Click and Collect orders for 'lack of stock'. For two separate items.

    That sucks. I only did C&C because of their $99 free shipping threshold and the fact I might need to return one item (gift).

    Rant: How is it not automatic to go 'Oh, we stuffed up. Here, we'll send it to you as a goodwill gesture' or 'Your local doesn't have it, let's transfer it to that store'.

    Had to return an online item in store today. Happy to report that the return took < 5 minutes and the refund has already been processed. Their system seems seamless and highly efficient, something which other companies could aspire to.
