Yeah both CYBER10 at FCL and BLACK10 and LL should stack just fine, anything they advertise on their website is good to go historically.

@gotyourback: It won’t let me “question” the cashback in the app. I’ve also sent a few messages via FB but no response.
@31mop: Yeah you'd need to use the Contact Us portion of our app/website here, but your DMs on Facebook should be seen to when the Customer Care team are available. They're massively under the pump this time of year so may just be delays there, but if you shoot me a DM I'm happy to check in on the messages with the team for you.
@gotyourback: I have DM'ed you with a similar issue - failure to track despite SB browser extension confirming at the time that the transaction had been recorder. And that was quite a while ago. I am yet to hear anything in response either from you here or from your company via email. It does not look good.

@MangoUbe: Unlikely mate, for the order to track we need to register the purchase with a click through from ShopBack on our end + the store needs to register the purchase as having come from ShopBack, so if you've not clicked through from us the store's system will likely attribute the purchase to Google or another service.

I had a Kirin drink similar to this at a baseball game in Japan. Can't actually remember what it was - think it was served with lemon flavored ice cubes. Would anyone happen to know what it may have been? Would love to try and find some
