I would say the ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo is the best in the world with the top spec option.

There isn't really a one size fits all option.
I would say a better spec MBP is up there for many uses. There are obviously issues such as lack of an easily replaceable battery, soldered SSD, and a level of lock in(calibration/ DRM), openness of platform.

If you don't give a shit about price, and are able to deal with the macOS, then weirdly(?) enough, apple offers the most efficient and powwerful cpu system available for consumer grade laptops. Of course, once you actually move to a laptop for gaming purposes, then dealing with the macOS is a pain, and upgrading is exorbitantly expensive (let alone base the base price).
So the answer depends on what you plan to use the laptop for, and how much ur willing to fork out.

It is newish still. It was a fair price, and is up-gradable.
It is fully warranted. It is paid for. It functions 100%.
