Just sell some, I've been getting rid of some AliExpress homages.. cheap to buy but take up room and sick of buying more watch boxes. Kind of easier to resell citizen and Seikos I think. Just trade up/refine the collection eventually is my plan.

Got a pagani moon watch deliver from Ali for 100$, the fkn crown was cross threaded, half way screwed in. Needed pliers to undo. No luck with the prick about a replacement yet. I mean still works and being quartz don't need to adjust it often, just doesn't turn smoothly. Pretty good for the price but could get a refund I guess.
@G-rig: What I meant was I got 3 watches from Aliexpress, 2 came in early and so far no issues and actually was surprised by the quality considering the price.

Just get a citizen cronomaster and be done with it. Good for a 3-5 watch collection.
Automatic is true horology. The idea is that it’s an art form and a remarkable achievement to have accurate and complicated watches without electric elements.
It’s the same reason expensive restaurants often cook food on open fires even though ovens are more convenient and advanced.

High precision Quartz with analogue dials is the future.
That is a terrible equivalency.
Wood fired food has a different flavour.
A better equivalency is Digital vs Vinyl, but there is a subjective argument that Vinyl sounds better under specific circumstances.
Horology is about tracking the passage of time which can be objectively measured. Automatic watches struggle to do that which is frankly embarrassing. It is jewelry.
Yeah vinyl and digital is quite subjective and also very nostalgic based. A hi-fi setup of either could be better.
It's the best jewellery for men and saves getting your phone out of your pocket.
Even my phone and work PC seconds aren't the same.
Automatic watches have the potential for far more complications.
And there is a beauty behind them. Quartz is fairly basic in horological sense but some are still honing and improving the quartz scene, such as Grand Seiko with 9f movement and citizen with calibre 001
