  I actually think i got the older model 18w, 20,000mah version 4+ years ago, still going great!

  Looking to upgrade to a 40w version though.

  But damn thing still works great.

  Does a higher wattage have any benefit if you're only charging 1 device (phone) at a time? Or is 14w actually quick for one phone?

    Depends on your phone. My phone for example supports 125W fast charging so a higher wattage power bank with Power Delivery would be more beneficial for faster charging.
