Great for people who might be a bit intimidated by the DnD elements of Baldur's Gate 3

The game you play when you have friends.

    Sadly.. I don't.

The game plays well single player…

Nah I've played this with friends and it was absolutely awful. People not understanding the game concepts and other people just running off causing havoc. Better off playing this on your own!

Having a great time playing solo!

    • Weird comment tbh. I had an absolute blast playing solo

This is the game I was forced to commit genocide on a town because I tried to steal cheese and failed

  • As a non rpg player i tried BG3 demo. Enjoyed it apart from the combat, does this do it better or similar turn based/slow paced combat?

    • Very similar.

      • Thanks, will skip.

    • Similar slow paced and turn based but the combat decisions are far more simple (in a good way)

Good game - however it feels like the 'last act' was never properly finished by Larian Studios it almost lacks polish feels like its still in BETA

Do you mean BG3 or this?

Last BG3 Act definitely felt a bit undercoooked compared to the first 2.

    • The third act is completely rewritten in the definitive edition, different narrative. Worth replaying to see changes.

  • How does this play with a controller?

    • It's fine. I played all the way through D:OS and D:OS2 on PS4 using the controller and had no issues with it.

  • Does this couch coop?

    • Looks like it does

  • Such a good game

  • Magnificent game. Buy it.
