Woolies C&C Checkout Error Using Multiple Giftcards

Experienced this problem many times. Checking out for argument sake $100 total order, paying with several giftcards. Input first card $10. Total owing $90, correct. Add next card for say $20, still owing $90. Add third, fourth and fifth, might reduce total or may not. Last time I had added $215 of multiple small figure giftcards to cover $170 order and gave up. I contacted support and raised the issue but gave up on explaining the issue over and over just have them boil it down to user error. To me the giftcard checkout couldn’t be anymore simple, just seems buggy. I always use the ios app fully updated. Has anyone else had this issue?

    Take a screenshot next time to share with us and tech support. I could either assume the app is faulty or you made an operator error

    Does it deduct credit from all your gift cards, even the ones that did not apply credit to your order, once you checkout?

    Maybe it is linked to the other bug that might explain why some people are having problems with everyday rewards app where it times out and takes all your credit.

    Gift cards, the stress so many ppl get, seems to negate the benefits.
    They seem to be designed to benefit the retailer. Go figure
