Hi, I need about 40cm of outdoor rated electrical cable. It will go from an outdoor power socket to an socket within an enclosure to power a reticulation system. Really any extension cord that is rated for outdoor use would be ok. I can't seem to find this anywhere except online and I only need 40cm so it's a bit of a pain. Anyone have any ideas or places I could buy locally (Perth) just a metre?

I did consider this but there is already an outdoor PowerPoint there, I just need power cable from the PowerPoint to the enclosure/box. Feel like this is the simplest way.
Do you mean 'shielded cable'?
No, it's just a cable that will be exposed to the sun, weather a bit and so it needs to be able to handle UV primarily.
Okee, maybe reconsider stuffing a HD ext cord inside a flexible conduit.Pretty sure they are UV stable. Just shorten cord & conduit to suit?
@Protractor: Yeah, that's an option but I'd still prefer a UV stable/outdoor cable. I think it will look better. I didn't expect it to be this hard to find.
@Protractor: Problem is with something like sparky directll, I'll need to buy a huge amount when all I need its 30cm! Haha. As a temporary solution I've just used some cable I got from Bunnings.
@jj8aus: My bad .Was thinking longer section. Yes, Bunnings should work. Maybe wrap the lead in a UV stable or sacrificial tape.
