  RCH recommends spacer over nebuliser. Spacer is much cheaper, easier to carry around and to clean.

    Yes well for kids who can just take hits of their ventolin inhalers, spacers are fine.
    For other kids (& adults too) who need stronger or different medication, a nebuliser is needed. Gets the medication into the airways a lot better too
