Not as cheap at the prevous sonos roam deal but a good discount never the less. SL means no smarts and no microphone. Also available in white

  Also note, the sound is not as good as the brand is. I feel this is extreme underwhelming product from Sonos. Bose flex is wayyyy better.

  Not bad i got for $99 at HN on black friday wouldn’t pay anymore than that let alone RRP price. Sound is good for what it is.

  Bass is shallow. Mid and highs passable. You’ll need stereo pair to get decent sound. I got mine on BF for 99/ea so it’s ok. Definitely will go for other options if paying more than that.

    Agree. I’m happy with it for what it is, you can tweak the eq to boost bass a bit but it’s not a fix. Mostly wanted it for the Sonos ecosystem as I already have 3 other speakers. Plus wifi play instead of Bluetooth

      Sonos play is the smallest speaker I'd buy, yes not quite a portable but sound quality is there

  How's the sound compare with a Boom 3? Both volume levels and quality? TIA
