Seems like the cheapest this monitor has been on OzB. It seems other retailers list it with a webcam included but can't find anything on Amazon that mentions it. This model currently sells for $529+ elsewhere.

Love mine. Tempted to grab a second at this price!

    • Reports say is is good monitor but max brightness is low.

What do you have yours set to in brightness and is it a problem in any way?

      Anything else?

      Thanks.

      • +4

Hi Grok. Use mine in a pretty well lit room and have no issues with brightness. Mine is set at 75/100.
It's not mentioned in the post, but the monitor comes with a built in hub which is extremely useful if you work off a laptop.

No issues to report. Speakers aren't great but that is to be expected. Can recommend.

        • I think it has 1x USB C and 4x USB ports right?

        • Thanks the only other issue I see is a non height adjustable stand.

          Not a problem for many.

          • @Grok: It is tilt adjustable.

      • +1

I have 0 issues with mine and I own the competing Dell that's double the price, it's just not worth the extra money.

        • How does the picture quality compare between the two?

          Is the Dell distinctly better?

      • I grok you

  • +1

I own this monitor and I can't possibly recommend it enough for a good, basic work monitor. It's totally insanely good quality for the money, it's IPS, it even does 75hz the whites are nice.

I wish I had a bloody use for another one.

    • It does 75hz? Nice I couldn't see that anywhere and already thought it was a good price compared to other monitors with same specs.

      • +1

Honestly I don't use the 75 but def happy with it, for that money it's a TOTAL no brainer.

Does it still ship with the free webcam? I got $40 for that too.

NOTE the amazon photo is wrong, it ain't that wide, it's a 16:9

        • Nice, yeah if I was in the market for a 4k monitor I'd get this but I just like posting monitor deals. Doesn't mention it on Amazon but every other marketing piece I can see on the monitor says it comes with the webcam so not sure on this listing.

    • I wish I had a bloody use for another one.

Buy two more for a triple monitor setup?

      • This is exactly what I’m thinking about. Currently have 3 x 27” Dell 1440p units and this is about the same price as a 32” 1440p.

        • Once you go 4k you don't go back.. I loved 1440p. Can't do it now. (Work, not games)

As you can see from the results above, this display is at its brightest in default Panel Native mode, at which point it achieves 232.2 nits of brightness and achieve 145.3% of the sRGB color gamut and 102.9% of the DCI-P3 color gamut (100% is most accurate, higher usually means more saturated colors) with a Delta-E score of 0.34 (the closer to 0, the better).

That's good color accuracy for a monitor of this size and price, and as you can see from our results the L32p-30 hits Lenovo's advertised 90% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage in more than half of its modes, including the default.
    Source

Wow very good accuracy too. Damn I should have bought this instead of the QSM 27" monitor that was featured before.

    • Yeah basically comes with all you'd need, colour accuracy, large, IPS and a USB hub of sorts + maybe a free webcam but I guess that's just a bonus at this price point.

    • Heya, you can return the QSM monitor if you have the same issue I did. Freesync and G-sync don't work, even though they're in the product title on Mwave.

Hell, it's not even listed in the Freesync database https://www.amd.com/en/products/graphics/technologies/freesy…

      • Nah I don't care about freesync, g-sync anything like that as I don't use that feature for work.

I'm more interested with the colour accuracy of these monitors.

But good to know that I could return the QSM monitor back to MWave, as soon as it gets delivered here.

        • +1

          Ah, it hasn't arrived yet?

Trust me, you'll want to return it even for just how reflective the screen is.
You can't use it in a room that has any amount of light. Hell, even below max brightness, in dark scenes it can generate light from the middle of the screen that reflects off the corners and turns them grey.

  • Thanks OP, just grabbed one, great price for the features you get.

  • Yep cheers OP just ordered one, been looking out for a cheap USB-C monitor to streamline the home office, reviews above look good, cheers!

  • If anyone is looking for a 27 inch 4K with USB-C this one can be had for around $376 after student discount.

    https://www.dell.com/en-au/shop/dell-27-4k-uhd-usb-c-monitor…

  • Thanks. Bought one

    • They are displaying info for the 27 inch model there, not sure why but if you scroll through all that info is for the 27 inch but the actual item title and item description match the 32 inch model. It's sold from Lenovo store so maybe just messed up their listings.

This link that someone posted earlier is probably more helpful

    • If they are selling this precise model # "L32p-30" then it's def 4k and it's def a pretty great display, even more so for the money.

  • Anyone know how long this deal will last? I don't get paid for a few days :-(

  • -1

How does this compare to LG UltraFine 31.5'' 4K UHD USB-C Ergo Monitor 32UN88A (bought this at $473 with a very nice arm)?

    • How did you get it for $473?

      • it was on special in amazon a month ago

    • $473 is a nice price maybe better than this deal, those LGs look nice especially being able to set the monitor vertical with the stand

  • Is this height adjustable?

  • +1

Looks like it's OOS now :(

    • I think you might be right it says save with used acceptable $299 only one in stock

  • +1

Looks like I bought the last one on stock. Thanks OP for the deal. Just in time for my needs.

    • +1

Still saying one left in stock again now, maybe cancelled orders due to card issues

      • There was one in stock this morning but it was a Used one for $299.00. I almost did a double take when I saw the price but quickly realised it was too good to be true lol

        • +1

Yeah I saw that one but when LayG commented there was another one left in stock and it let me add to cart so I guess if people still want one keep an eye on the stock.

  • +1

I got the last one at about 2:30pm AEDST
saw it last night and held off until a next day, cooler head prevailed
    still fell for it
will report back on my experiences with it

  • +1

Did anyone else get their monitor only to find out its missing the power cable?

  • Folks, this monitor comes with a hub but none of the USB ports work. Do I need to run additional power to the hub separate from the power cable ?

CPU is connected to the monitor via HDMI.

    Thanks in advance !

    • +2

Have a feeling they might only work when the monitor is plugged in using usb c

      • Thanks a lot…that makes sense

  • +1

One more back in stock now for anyone watching

  • +1

Anyone get it and if so, you get the free camera?

    • +2

I received mine today and there was no camera in the box

      • +1

Fair enough, still a great deal!

  • The Anti-Glare is good but any way to disable it? it's so hard to read in the morning. I tried 100% brightness and everything. My desk is near the windows. I guess I will need a second blind for it? Not sure if a monitor lightbar is enough to fix the issue.

  • Merged from Lenovo L32p-30 4K UHD Monitor (31.5", IPS, 60Hz, USB-C) $399 Delivered @ Amazon AU

Amazon has price dropped this monitor again, was a fairly popular deal last time. This one doesn't come with the webcam but still a good price at $399.

    • Can anyone share how good/bad is this? For example colour accuracy, durability, uniformity? Have always supported Dell monitors (P/U series) but they become too expensive now.

      • +4

I'm waiting for the Dell G3223Q [144Hz] to drop back down $500 [or near it again].
As a side point, you can use WisPri to track prices on the Dell website.
        https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/778785

        • +2

Bought Dell G3223Q from the deal you listed and couldn't be happier. It's a brilliant monitor for both gaming and productivity.

        • For editing video and pictures which one do you recommend out of these two? Thanks in advance

        • -1

          $559 at Amazon,

          • +1

            @Grok: Different monitor (1440p)

            • @Alkaline69: Rats, you are right, I did a search and they gave me that.

Thanks I was thinking of buying it.

        • I should of bought 2 :(

          • @Danneo: ANY issues with it at all? How long have you had it?

My Dell S721Q (4K monitor) has been OK, I basically use it 6 days a week, full time. But every 3 months or so, after extended usage, it starts flickering. And to fix it I have to stop using it for some time.

This is my first Dell monitor, and my last, want an LG or Samsung next (my previous FHD monitors by them were still flawless after many years).

      • -1

I couldn't see myself ever buying a 60/75hz monitor again, not when high refresh rate is the norm now and so worth it. I'd try and get something 120hz+. If resolution is the limiting factor I think higher refresh rate to sacrifice resolution is an ideal tradeoff.

        • +1

I'm so glad I couldn't care less about gaming.

This monitor is great for general use. No need for 120hz for browsing

          • @hamwhisperer: Is it possible to display contents from two sources at the same time?
            Thanks

        • I have a 160Hz monitor provided by my employer (not sure why). I couldn't see any difference than a 60Hz monitor.

      • +1

        I am happy with mine.

      • +1

This is the best value 30 inch, 4K, IPS monitor. I have had one for a while and I'm considering buying a second one to match. It has downsides, like the lack of a vesa mount and really limited adjustments, but it's bright enough, accurate enough, etc. If you're not doing high refresh rate gaming then I'd recommend it.

        • Kind of weird without vesa mount, are you sure?

          • @orangutan: Wait, there are vesa mounting holes. I hadn't looked at the back of it in months.

          • +1

@orangutan: Mines mounted on an arm. Makes up for the stand

            Very good monitor

        • +1

In the specs and in the photos I could see the 100*100 vesa mount

        • +1

Mine is mounted on a 100x100 Vesa mount.

        • How does this compare to a Dell Ultrasharp monitor?

          • @giangpham712: Without looking into it too hard I think they're fairly similar. My side monitor is a smaller Dell and they appear to be similar. Same panel tech.

          • @giangpham712: I have the 1300 dollar Dell and can't tell the difference between the picture on the two.

Wish I had 2 Lenovo instead

      • This monitor is exceptional at this price for general use.

I love it and wish I needed more at this price.
        We

      • Looks like the key complaints from Tom's Guide are limited brightness and 60Hz refresh rate. [https://www.tomsguide.com/reviews/lenovo-l32p-30]
According to the review: the monitor also supports HDR10, but I'd say there's about a 0% chance it'll work well, particularly compared to brighter displays with proper local dimming etc.
They also test the Colour accuracy which seems alright; 145.3% sRGB color gamut, 102.9% DCI-P3 color gamut in the best case, though that's only at 232.2 nits average brightness.

As other commenters have pointed out, for a little more; you can get a more premium brighter and faster 4k panel like the Dell G3223Q (which also has HDR600 support).
So definitely consider options like that too

    • Does this support PbP and PiP?
      Thanks

    • +1

Missed out on this deal last time but ended up getting one at JB hi-fi boxing day sales for 489 with the webcam.

Great monitor. Prefer it over my x34p Ultra wide.

      Absolute steal for $399

    • +2

I have two of these (for my wife and I). They work great. 32” 4K IPS USB-C power charging.

Can’t comment on colour accuracy etc because those issues don’t concern me. But the ability to charge my MacBook and connect the display with a single cable to a big 4K monitor with nice viewing angles is perfect for my needs.

      Only downsides are:

Can’t adjust the height of the monitor (I don’t find this an issue because at 32” you really don’t want to elevate it much lest you start straining your neck upwards).

USB-A and 3.5mm audio ports are all difficult to access behind / under the monitor. Would have been better if they were on the side of the monitor.

Webcam is very mediocre. I don’t bother with it. The viewing angles are very wide and you look super distant from the camera on screen.

That’s about it. Very happy at this price point.

      • Does it come with webcam?

        • It usually comes bundled with a webcam. The amazon listing doesn't mention it but it was packed inside the main box in mine, so there's a good chance this does too.

    • Looks like this is displayport 1.2 so the downstream port drops back to USB 2 speeds if you are doing 4k 60hz?

Sounds like there's a settings toggle to drop it to 4k 30hz if you really require both the resolution and USB bandwidth though.

Not particularly a huge problem unless you had network or fast storage attached to that port.

    • +1

That is a new low price for a good monitor

    • +1

In the 32" it's always UHD 60Hz or QHD 144Hz. Rarely get deals on UHD 144Hz. Waiting for another Dell type deal where I can get one for $500, guess I might be waiting a while.
