  For people starting to collect, buying 2nd hand off ebay/amazon has been a dream. like 200 cards for 20 bucks.

    Its a good use of those ebay plus $5 off $15 codes. Aim for packs with at least a small amount of holos cause kids like the shiny.
    
    It's kinda ridiculously easy to get a giant amount of cards too with nowhere to store them - you can get empty ETB storage boxes off FB Marketplace for $5 each (might come with dice, tokens, counters, sleeves etc, and can store maybe 400 cards).
