      Correct. Though we adopted a dynamic shipping model about 12 months ago now. We now send up to three cases on a single shipping consignment. So a flat fee for 3-for-1 cases from $9.96 (depending on your location) and offer up specials for free shipping from time to time…and free shipping still on gifts as noted in their inclusions! cheers Holly

          "Most" have been dispatched? It's not like most of us were getting free shipping or anything, and you assured us the 11th was the date the goods would be dispatched from the warehouse. Not the 13th. Not the 14th. The 11th.
          If I could get a refund and cancel I would.

          I finally heard back.

          Your order has been packed and ready to be dispatched. Once it is dispatched you will get a notification with a tracking number.

          So not quite dispatch on the 11th

    Be prepared to wait. Seriously low grade shipping used. Still waiting on my Ruri japanese pilsener from these guys. Paid $10 for shipping and Couriers Please have accidentally launched it into space or some pathetic excuse for falling to deliver. They deleted the delivery date from tracking.

    Another beer that is going off soon that will be shipped some time in the future (maybe) and when it is shipped you might get it in 2 weeks (after you pay for shipping) hopefully it turns up before the best before date?

    I actually love sour beer and this price I think is a good deal for what it is, but after dealing with this seller will never buy from them again.

    I particurarly love this part:

    Yep, these guys are a bunch of twits. They must seriously think that their customers are stupid or something. Just come clean and tell us what the hell is going on with the orders. The dispatch date of the 11th was just a hopeful estimate. Will NEVER purchase from these guys again.
