      Calibre eBook software will convert ePub into Mobi for use on Kindles.

      You just need to work out how to 'remove the DRM from Adobe Digital Editions' first… (hint: try searching for a solution ;-))

    Just a heads up if you are getting these books Kobo are implementing a new checkout called Quick Buy using this checkout does not give you the option to enter Promo codes. When you buy a book you are given the option to use standard checkout but they are defaulting the tick box to quick buy for the next time you purchase so look for the box and tick it off then, or you can go to your account settings and turn it off there.

    I got caught with quick buy for the Peter Cosgrove book, and emailed customer support and they have responded this morning and I will get a refund.

      Sucks that they are opting people in by default instead of the other way round, with all the kobo codes available I don't know why anyone would want to use it

    Thanks for the promo code..managed to get Cosgrove and Spirit of the Digger, but Queen was denied.
    Does anyone know if it's possible to transfer books from the Kobo desktop to a Kindle device?

      No. It says so in their FAQ.

      There are methods for stripping the DRM so that you can do it but that's probably against the rules to discuss that here (Google is your friend).

      In order to transfer the books you will need to use a tools plugin to remove the DRM and convert them to mobi using Calibre. The best way to do this is visit Apprentice Alfs blog and read up on the subject. If you require any help just give me a pm it's very simple once its initially setup.

    Looks like code is now based on

    2 letters being the author, then 2 digits being the actual day and then 1 digit being the number in the series, with two 00's now we have reached day 10 its only one 0

    Lets see if Day 11 = SM25110 Day 12 = SD26120

    :)
