With eBay Plus this is $1.94 more expensive compared to the other deal, but may be a better option for those who need it by Christmas. (other deal shows mid-January delivery ETA)

Without Plus this is $8.59 more expensive.

      I suspect only the first few orders were fulfilled. Then someone realised and put a stop to it.
