If you aspire to smell like an OzBargainer this should be your go-to

I thought that meant forgoing deodorant and regular showers?

    • +8

We prefer baths as the glass walls of the shower struggle to contain all the savings I must bathe in

    • +20

I wash myself with a rag on a stick

  • +11

I got this last time it was on sale and I get a lot of compliments when I wear it 😊

    • +3

You're probably quite charming and attractive anyway so people just compliment whatever you scent you wear.

      • It doesn't smell bad by any means. It's a nice cheap summer cologne.

  • It smells good.

  • -3

I disagree. does not smell good at all. don't get it.

    • +1

I got it last time too and I don’t get it either. Smells like cheap generic stuff.

  • +6

I agree that it smells nice enough - but it seems to lack intensity and really doesn't last. At this price, it makes for pleasant room freshener if it fails to make the grade as your new 'signature' scent!

    [I'm wearing it today…]

      1. It’s an EDT it’s not meant to last
      2. If you’re one of those guys that goes crazy with their cologne, don’t. You literally make people choke and seem self conscious when you spray a litre of perfume on. People who spray the shit like it’s going out of fashion make more of a bad impression than someone not wearing any at all.
      • This seems overly negative. Why give someone another anxiety to worry about! Surely there's enough people with sad judgemental opinions that we don't need to add to it on the internet?
@lostincanberra your review was well thought out and insightful!

        • Thanks @darklycopene! I pretty much only use EDT - and yes, too much IS too much. But this Nautica is barely there!

  • +1

Does this come as part of a LifeStyles combo deal?

  • Smells good, not great. Worth the $20.

  • +4

Per dollar per mL this is the best. Ignore the haters.

  • +3

For those whose address that Amazon will not ship this to …
Chemist Warehouse has it at the same price

    • +2

Only if you can ever find it in stock! :)

  • Smells even better when free ;-)

    • -7

      Yeah, same as farts.

Is it just me or is everyones farts always smell better than my own?

      • Keep your kinks to yourself mate

        • WebMD says it's cancer.

  • -2

With a one-off purchase of a jap toilet seat, people wouldn’t need this stuff anymore.

    • +4

there's always a bidet guy who just has to weigh in, isn't there?

      • +2

        me:

a bidet guy: you gotta get a bidet bro. i'm telling you bro, it will change your life bro

    • -1

Don’t use that term. It’s racist.

      • -2

Context was not racist. It's referring to a products country of origin in a positive way. I think you mean "Jap's" is a racist term, referring to Japanese people.

        • +2

Lots of things could slide because "Context was not racist." and it's one terrible excuse in the context of a totally public conversation with strangers.

It's good @Phreakuency pointed it out before others start to ungramatically shorten (perhaps random) words, oblivious to the impact on some people.

    • Showers also exist

  • Wasn't Nautica a lad/eshay brand here?

    • The clothing is - Eshays smell of cheap vape/darbs; they dont need cologne,

    • Also, why would street thugs wear a sailing brand?

      Answer; they are stupid

      • Eshay culture started in Sydney.

The more premium clothes that they wore Polo, Nautica, Sergio Tachini etc were only sold at David Jones at the time.

Maybe it was because David Jones was a more “premium” store or maybe because it was harder to “rack” from who knows. Regardless I hope this explains why impoverished kids from urban areas wore the same clothes as retired men who owned yachts and lived in the more “well to do” areas near Sydney harbour.

Eww, eau de toilette. Eau de parfume is where it's at.

    • +3

You want EDP for $20? How about a BMW at Toyota price?

      • -2

I won't get BMW even half the price of Toyota.

        • -1

          A brand new $45,000 BMW Z4 or a Toyota Supra at $90,000…
Hand in your OZB and Personal vehicle opinions card please

Bro this is from your site, you’re not supposed to be disincentivize buying the product

      • +3

oh no amazon profits in shambles due to the actions of this associated person

  • +5

    Bought this last time.
    It's cheap smelling.
    Unrefined, clumsy, a teenagers cologne.
    Wouldn't recommend.

    • +1

      Saved me $20.

      Thanks, adult!

      • More than welcome to have mine for free.
        Brisbane pick up.

  • +5

Bought this off a previous OZB deal, and I'm not a fan at all. Sickly sweet.
But for anyone keen on a freebie and can pick up in St Kilda East, DM me. (Pick up only, not doing deliveries)
    Free to a good home!

    • Can you deliver to Perth? Cheers

  • -1

    This is the way!

  • +7

Bought this last time it went on sale due to the majority of comments in favour of this scent. It does not age well throughout the day and is genuinely bad and smells very cheap. Every time I convince myself to wear it, I cop one sniff before spraying and change my mind. But that's just my 2 cents.

Bought it last time on sale. Won't buy again

"If you aspire to smell like an OzBargainer this should be your go-to"…

Give it a rest buddy. The real OzBargainer already has a years supply of Lynx Africa, and every time it drops 5c, they load up again.

    • -1

Deo vs Perfume. Different purposes, not the same.

  • +1

Bought two last time it was on. Definitely regret it. Smells cheap and lasts for about a minute. Would not recommend.

  • +2

Smells nice but doesn't last long at all. Wouldn't buy it again

  • +1

Bought this last time I was browsing fragrance recommendations on here, pretty disappointed by it

  • +2

    Honestly not even worth $20.

Bought it. Regrets. Used twice. Smells cheap, shit projection and longevity. At best, this is probs only suited for the gym. Or maybe on grocery runs, if you wanna wear cologne.

Better off waiting for the other Ozb special, Mont Blanc explorer when that goes on sale.

  • +1

    Toilette flavoured? No thanks.

  • One of my fave fragrances! Very nice smell for great price.

Shame they dont do this in edp as it goes away after few hours.

  • Smelling this everywhere lately, thanks a lot OZB. I pained about $80 for it back in 2007 lullz

    • Wouldn’t be surprised if they cheapened the formula since then.

  • best budget cologne. best for summer and at work, but can be used everywhere. definitely a must add to all collections, and for the price you have nothing to lose.

  • +1

Nautica Voyage Heritage on sale at same price at Amazon too. Just noticed. I bought this one, thanks OP

  • +2

Not good. Bought it last month from Amazon. Scent barely stays on for 30 mins or so.

  • Essential oils are cheaper and always start a convo.

  • In all seriousness, would this last longer than say 2x glen20 or similar Fabreeze toilet scent sprays?

At 20 bucks, potential alternative for the shitter stench?

    • +1

I have started using Aldi Eucalyptus spray in the toilets instead of Air fresheners. Smells good, Feels good , Is good.

      • Tell em the price sun…
