In honesty, it depends. If things work well, its the same as any other service. I did have an issue with Kayo (same company same login) where I could not access 'My Account', like at all, any device, and had to manually contact them to cancel and rely on their word that it would happen, despite the complete lack of interest in investigating the issue i had despite the screenshots, screen recordings of the issue. It could theoretically happen with binge, but didnt for me
