Not as good as earlier deals in Oct/Nov, but not far off.

Samsung currently discounting S23+ by $350, plus trade-in bonus is currently $250. Brings price down to $1,049.

Use Samsung app to get a 10% discount for first purchase via app.
Contact website chat support for $100 loyalty voucher (Credit to u/closed)
Contact customer service on 1300 362 603 for $100 loyalty voucher (10% and 15% no longer available according to the rep).

The two $100 vouchers stacked for me, bringing final price down to $731. My trade in was worth $25, so reduced cost down to $706.

      Your credit card gets charged the trade in value when you order. When you send it to Asurion, they refund the trade in value. If you dont send it in, they dont refund and they charge an extra $60 non return fee.

    was able to stack - $100 voucher, 10% shop app, $250 trade-in bonus ($5 watch), 10% voucher to get total $698.14 for s23+

    I guess my question is if the trade in place took a $5 deposit, what happens if i dont trade in?

        You should be able to stack 1 of the new $100 codes if you have an old $100 code plus newsletter so another $150 off that price. Potentially around $550.

    I thought the Sep deal came to $5xx for 256GB S23+ including Buds2, maybe less so this isnt that far off. We'll likely never see that again though unless Samsung make the same mistakes again.

      I'm pretty sure it did too, but I think only if you had the targeted $500 off trade in voucher? I was only able to get the $300 trade in and the lowest cost for the S23+ I was able to fandangle was $746 with the Buds2 included.

        i just checked and a 256GB S23+ including Buds2 came to $552.88 with a $5 trade in item, $500 trade in bonus with code, 10% loyalty code, $100 loyalty code, $50 newsletter. Plus cashback from cashrewards or shopback which ranged from 2.8-10% depending on the day since you could do it through the website and not their app.

    Contrary to the tag applied to the deal, this isn't targeted. Anyone can ask for a loyalty voucher, you don't need an existing Samsung phone. I've not been asked about this before.

      It is targeted because from the comments, they aren't giving out $100 codes that stack anymore. It is targeted to people who already had the old codes.

      Yep. If you can find an unused $100 or 10% voucher from last month, you'll get that down lower.

      Seems like with enough vouchers you can get it down to $585!

            @diepjds: If you dont have the $50 newsletter code, you wont be able to get $585.

            10% (Samsung App)
            10% (P10) will need someone to give that to you because it is an old code that Samsung dont appear to give out anymore.
            $100 (EDS) will need someone to give that to you. Also an old code that they dont give out anymore.
            $100 (CRE or CRS) get through online chat or calling samsung. CRE and CRS codes dont stack together.
            $50 (FTY Voucher) newletter code only if you already have it as they dont give it out anymore. You can not use someone elses because it it tied to the email address.

          I order S23 in graphite too back in the may/June deal.
          I was trading a P30 and had a S21. I know the online colour is going to take longer but though I can wait which took six weeks to ship. It was ok.
          The minute I open it was really surprise. It looks and feels like an iPhone, just with Android. Feels way better than the S21. Now the S21 replace the P30 as spare phone.

      $8xx for 256GB S23 Ultra if you have all codes. Still quite a bit more than cheapest of around $580 including 2x SD cards.
      $1599 - $5 trade in -$250 bonus trade in -10% app discount = $1184.60
      minus whatever other codes you have.
      -10% P10 code = $1184.60 - {[(1599-5)x0.1]x0.9} = $1041.14
      -$100 EDS = $951.14 (only takes off $90 due to 10% code)
      -$50 FTY newsletter = $901.14
      -$100 CRE or CRS code which doesnt seem to give $100 off from other comments about S23+ price.
      You should put the newsletter code in last though as adding other things can remove.

          You type them in?
          Sometimes the app plays up and doesnt accept working codes so you may have to clear app data, log out and log back in or reinstall.
          If you mean 2 10% codes not including the automatic 10% app discount, then i dont think that is possible but 10% app, 10% P10 code and a $100 code are easily stacked and has been discussed in previous samsung posts.

            @8azinga: To start I am not in the market to buy yet, just for the purpose of discussion and others to reference.

            From what I can see there were difference results. For example the S23FE they are simply not giving any codes. and in many other deals often reported codes not stacking (this deal too) or some codes not available. In the case of your post, do yo have all the codes? have you stack them all in the app? Simply put all the possibility together and assume it can be done is very misleading for others. There is always people said they can do "this this this", "that that that". When you ask them to post a screenshot they never come.

            I can agree the bonus trade in, trade in value, in app 10% discount, newsletter $50 are all obtainable and very likely at least one of the 10% / $100 off code. but two 10% in app plus $100 code all working? I would need a screenshot to convince me it working cos according to many others, it doesn't happen.

                  @syswong: If you bothered to read my whole comment, i wrote "minus whatever other codes you have." I broke down the prices starting from if you don't have any codes at all and just getting the 10% app discount with trade in bonus through to adding the P10, EDS and FTY codes into the app so they could calculate their price for whatever codes they have. What is misleading about that?
                  I and others have previously wrote that the newsletter code is not obtainable anymore. You can still apply the newsletter code if you have it but the code is not obtainable anymore because Samsung stopped giving these out for signing up to their newsletter. The S23FE deals are irrelevant because even Samsung said the P10 codes were not for that phone and you would have seen that mentioned if you read the S23FE deals so your arguments are irrelevant.

                  If you look at the S23 (not FE) and Flip5 deals, it has been discussed many times in those deals how the 10% P10 code works with the 10% app, $100 EDS code and $50 FTY newsletter. This deal stacks an extra $100 CRE or CRS code to get S23+ to $585.

                  If you dont want to believe, then dont but for everybody else, it works. Dont know why you are trying to make everyone believe it doesnt work when a lot of people have already confirmed codes stack.

              @syswong: Most I could get it down stacking was just under 1/2 price so I’m happy with that I used a trade in however but worked out I was better of doing that as got a bonus $250 . Saves paying retail at bricks store or a 3 year plan. So I’m extremely happy with end price. See me out 5 years now not interested in S24 if going exynos again.

        For me the newsletter code did not work for ultra but did work for s23+..

        My guess is the maximum total discount stops at $1000.

          It may have been the app playing up as it sometimes doesnt apply codes properly and then works fine later. It happened to me using the same code that worked fine on the website.
          No, the maximum discount is not $1000. People were getting the 256gb S23 Ultra for around $580 including 2xSD cards and the 512GB was maybe mid $700 back in Oct deals which is more than $1000 discount.
          I can confirm a 256GB S23 Ultra with 2 x 128GB Type C USB drives was $588.88 total in Oct deal. The breakdown was $552.76 (discount $1396.24) for the S23U and $36.12 for the USB drives.

      I think the 15% code is useless as it doesnt stack with anything and only works if you dont trade in anything so miss the trade in bonus.

      You can't get it anymore unless someone who already has it gives it to you. It is the old $100 code that online chat used to give people but they change the code to CRE- recently.

          S24 should be out soon so i guess factory has stopped making them to fill orders like they normally would. Samsung AU probably sold more than they thought they would as well given the code stacking or though they were receiving more stock than they are.

            @8azinga: Wonder if anyone who purchased the online only colours has had their order cancelled. I didn't want to wait until late January for delivery, so just opted for the phantom black as other standard colours were unavailable. Mine was 256gb too.
