It's been alot of fun!

Wow… Inflation. I remember I bought this pretty much 12 months ago at 27 dollars on Epic store.

    • I recently got the PS4 version for $28 from EB Games. That was something. Actually it still at $28. https://www.ebgames.com.au/product/ps4/164815-cyberpunk-2077…

Why the PC version is much more expensive i don't know. Other than the game publisher is price gouging.

Console games drop in price due to resale I think, so supply just keeps going up, and demand drops off. PC however supply is fixed by the sellers.

Not inflation… That's just Epic Games giving away money to get you to use their store.

i think the price went up for it cause of the hype around phantom liberty

$44.99 from GOG and it's DRM free.

Much better off buying it from GOG

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is also $38.29 from GOG and also DRM free. Just about the same price as on Steam. I guess DRM free copy may be worth the extra 9c.

      • $56.27 for the Cyberpunk + Phantom Liberty Bundle not that long ago, on Epic Game Store.

That deal might return. I was looking into why Cyberpunk 2077 wasn't on sale on the Epic Store, when it's on sale on Steam and GOG.

Apparently Epic Store has a rule that the game can't go on sale within 30 days: Source
If this is true, then Cyberpunk 2077 might go on sale on 28th December (30 days after the Black Friday sale ended).

It plays just as well with DRM for me on steam.
Steam makes it easier to run (yes it does) on my Deck, and Steam has better input controller support, and in game guides in the HUD.

    • What is DRM? 😂

Same old usual sale price as the past 12 months. Come on Steam, you can do better than this price.

I think the game publisher sets their price on Steam. Valve can't set the price of third party publishers. Blame it on the publisher.

      • Shame on you CDPR!

Bought this on PS4 after the disastrous launch and discount for like $22 on Amazon. I will buy it on PC too but not at this price lol.

      Same here.

I played once on launch (not ending with perfect ending) which the bugs were awful then I gave it to my friend.

Wanna experience it again with new DLC but not in this price. I'll HODL.

When the ultimate edition hits ~$50 think I'll finally buy it.

  • the only bugs ive experienced is gold shimmering skin on NPC (ray tracing problem) and bright light when driving first person. both can be fixed adjusting the graphics settings.
this game is epic, (apart from the driving mechanics, esp with motorcycles)
highly recommend starting new game when getting phantom Liberty otherwise you will miss out on a lot of great loot, easter eggs, special dialog options that lead to alternate endings.
