  • Woah! Finally a big insulated bottle!
However, anyone used one and can confirm how long ice would stay ice for?

Guy at work has the 1.7L yeti. We filled them both up with ice tuesday arvo and then filled to the top with cold water. Both had ice wednesday morning. Both had ice Thursday morning but less in the marquee. So unless you need ice for 3 days its as good as a yeti to me.

    • Got this after the last post and either I got a dud, or its less than impressive. Doesn't even keep my water cold for ~12 hours.
I'd recommend the nearly identical version from kmart that's the same price

      • That's weird. I fill mine up every morning from the cold water fountain. I'm still drinking the last of the water cold from the bottle 8 hours later and that's with it staying in the work ute while on lunch.
I found these to be better then Kmart bottles and as good as my big Sistema bottle from woolies.

        • Interesting. Maybe it is just a faulty bottle then? My kmart bottles lasted a full day usually. Ie 24 hours

@timthetoolman: It would be hard to know without conducting an experiment and purchasing more bottles.
Sounds simpler to just stick with what you know and enjoy the Kmart ones.
But I do have 3 of these 1.5 litre marquee ones now and find them pretty good.

Terrible, mine leaked after some time

    Mine leaked too

Seems to be the normal price according to https://buywisely.com.au/product/marquee-1500ml-white-insula…

    • Correct, regular price for at least the past few months.

  • Have this and it is heavy to carry around as a drinking bottle, it also did leak but that was because my rubber gasket was not put on right after i cleaned the bottle.
Have not tested how long cold/hot water lasts for but i feel the quality is very good for the price.
Have mine for couple months now

  • I got a kmart version of this a while back, looks identical to this. I think I got it for around ~15 too

It eventually leaked after about 1 year. Didn't leak liquid, but one of the layers leaked so it stopped insulating

  • Duplicate. But found my bottle to be good.

Too many leaking issues that all seem to be related to the rubber gasket failure soon after purchase or like a year down the line.

    That’s the normal price.
