            Same address.

            • @CyberMurning: It may automatically change the store it uses for delivery when you log in to OnePass. That then changes the price to whatever store it picks to deliver from.

SMS MSG 5 mins after purchase, out of stock, expect refund in 3 - 5 days. Even when store shows in stock, it has been 'brodened' by resellers. Tried 3 different stores that showed ' in stock' and only tried to buy 2 for the kitchen cabinets, same sms message ' out of stock, refund in 3 - 5 days' after 5 mins of order. Hope others have better luck. Cannot compete with resellers, expecting all the stock on Facebook for $10 each in a few hours.

    • I doubt it's a popular item to resell

Good deal, but one Bunnings review says this:

… battery life is very short (approx. two weeks).
To make matters worse, once the battery voltage drops below a certain level,
the lights stay on permanently until the battery is completely flat.

10 years ago, battery operated sensor lights were a huge thing on Ozbargain with Chinese brands like Xiaomi and Yeelight, they work great and very portable but as a life improvement device, it sucks balls due to recharging / changing batteries every 2 months. Just another thing you will have to do for the rest of your life.

Agreed. I don't buy any battery powered lights.

Sad that a simple solution is a direct DC jack that allows the unit to operate off a 5V power adapter. I've modified a few myself, and it works well. You can connect the USB ones to a power source, but this just charges the light and some don't work whilst charging.

At the cost of a jack and a resistor, it is not much cost for a selling feature, and they can always make one version with a cheap and nasty LiIon cell and USB charge circuit, and another which runs on a 5V or 12V DC power source.

But hey, there is no climate change so why bother using the brains we have when we can continue to simply not use them at all

  • Got two of these for $2 each couple of weeks ago they are pretty bright.

This info is 2 weeks late to be useful to anyone other than bragging rights

      • @smmammen Or it could encourage someone to drive to a store with stock. if these were crap i would have said dont even bother chaising them.

  • Got call from store that all 22 were sold over the counter. Hence cancelling online order.

Oh, a broden? Who else would buy 22 of them.

      • -2

Sounds like something I would do.

          Same

Guy must have a shop or convenience store

          • @easternculture: Except you get everything always. Used to be an ongoing joke years ago to see if EC would say he got something that no one else did 😜

There was a tally board and bets.

            • @Clear: Serious? Lol

There was a tally board and bets.

I found a stack of other bargains for $2 to $10 while randomly scanning items via the app and checking othet local stores. Just need to do a round to the stores around me that have stock

              • @easternculture: The clearance tables are a gold mine. Recently I picked up half a dozen smart Wiz globes for $5.

                • @Clear: Thing is these are not on a clearance table.

                  • @easternculture: They put both manager and normal specials on the clearance tables here.

                    • +1

@Clear: 22 in one home would be enough to keep the average home owner very busy changing batteries!

@resisting the urge: Gotta put those eneloops that used to be posted weekly to good use. If I used Kodak batteries I'd be changing them every few days.

          • @easternculture: nah I planned to do a solar powered lights for shaded place. But Bunnings played up. Then three AAA batteries for kids toys would have made the cherry on top for me.

  • Got two for $4 ,thanks

    • Which store?

      • Padstow NSW

  • It was $8 at my local stores 2 weeks ago. Let's see if it has dropped further today.

    • Hide some, come back when they drop in price

      • $2.50 now

  • Finally found a store with them when the deal was posted . Ordered with one pass to get fast click and collect. Took my money. Then 30 minutes later went oops . No stick money back.
That was my second attempt with one pass order. First order they shipped from. My local store 10km away. Sent it to my local Aus post distribution centre , then spent 10days shipping it over 300km , to eventually deliver back at my place.
So far not impressed with one pass . Think I will just stay with Amazon prime membership.

    • ok. thanks.

  • Anyone found it for $1? If so what store?

  • How long 3 x batteries last?

  • My C&C order got cancelled as well. Someone went in and cleared the store out

  • "Do I need this?"

    "I don't need this."

"I could find a use for this.."

And after those 3 questions, the item sold out.

  • It's not actually sold out, they just removed it from the site. I just got one from the Alexandria store. You can actually remove the hooks if you don't want it. Cheap even for $8.

  • just got 2 for 8$ each still cheap in my opinion, at Alexandria shop thinking to put them in the van with DS tape to put some hi vis vest or hand the helmets there.. thanks

  • Delivered just now from bunning Bankstown

  • just ordered for $1 today rn thanks

    • From where

      • I got refunded for this LoL 😞
