$61.99 at Liquor Legends if in stock near you.

IIRC this is regularly this “cheap” beer at many local bottle o’s. Interesting that it’s now being hawked as a “craft beer”.

      Also,

Craft Cartel advertises on its website its address as follows:

Craft Cartel Liquor (aka Wenty North Liquor)
15-19 Beatty St North Shore VIC 3214

Which seems is the same address as this 3rd party logistics provider at https://g3pl.com.au/contact/

And Craft Cartel registered business address

32 Grose St, Parramatta NSW 2150

According to its actual Gov't license at https://www.liquorandgaming.nsw.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_fil…

Also, when telephone advertised number on its website - (02) 8055 3711 - only receive an answering machine, so unable to contact quickly when required.

    Dispatch Date: 05/01/2024

Dispatch dates are estimated based on receipt of stock from suppliers.

So this is like a pre-order, once the OzB orders come in you will place an order with the supplier?

Probably won't get it until around the 10th Jan if they get the stock in time.

They take forever to dispatch then the courier takes another week. The last Estrella deal they had was a shamozzle and the beer was flat. Cold stored and drinking well they say. Not in my case for the 3 slabs ordered.

Wow just looked at previous posts & you're not the only one!

If stores are going to post on here they've got to be better than that. Negging for delivery issues as mentioned here.

Crazy how this is a bargain worth taking.

And, in other posted offers here, the dispatch date is unconditionally given (with day/month/year).

    Wonder if original poster Holly
will allay people's concerns here for good customer relations,
and to lend credence to 'Cheers' too.

Selling something short dated when you do not currently hold stock and delivery before expiry date is dependant on two third-parties (supplier, then on shipping) seems like a high risk for a 'bargain'.

FYI this stuff is more or less identical to "Hollandia", sold at Dan Murphys…same brewer & brand owner (Zwinkels family) out of Lieshout. I'd be buying that for $65 (24x500ml) instead of this.

Read the comments from their recent posts on here before you order, they’ve got a terrible track record.

    • Seems good customer service costs less than bad customer service.

Besides, understand under consumer law, a business can not accept payment for products or services
if for example it knows or should know that it will not be able to supply the product
by the promised date or within a reasonable time,
especially even more when there's an expiry/use by date.

Be aware of risks that appear associated with purchase.

  • They still haven't even commented on
    https://www.beercartel.com.au/blog/craft-cartel-vs-beer-cart…

    Just poor form all round.

  • For prompt delivery in 3 days (+/-)
    request delivery
    is via Austpost instead.

As found preferable to other couriers.
