Visa Vanilla Gift Card to GPAY Wallet

I been trying to add my Vanila $250 Visa gift card to my wallet past two hours but says "contact my bank".

Any ideas if the card could be buggy? Even online and everywhere even says how to add but still having issues.

How do I add my Vanilla Gift Card to a digital wallet?
Your Vanilla Gift Card can be used to pay with digital wallets: Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay.

1. Open the Wallet app on your device.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions, including entering your Gift Card Number manually or taking a picture of your Physical Gift Card.

  I bought them from Coles it's just the standard ones, I don't know if it's phone wallet issue or just gift cards, not first time many cards can't be added
