Hi Ozbargainers,

I've posted quite a few Cetirizine https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cetirizine deals over the past few months. Probably due to clearance pricing on the shorter dated stock Cetirizine seems to have overtaken Fexofenadine as Ozbargains favourite antihistamine.

I'm often getting requests for Brand X or Price Y or Quantity Z. Tonight I thought I'd throw out pretty much all Cetirizine we have left in stock from 2023 at the lowest or lower than ever before posted pricing, which should keep everyone happy and sneeze free into the new year.

Some of the stock is pretty short dated, and other stock has good dating into 2025 or 2026. As always delivery is FREE

    I’m one of the Fexo to Cetrezine converts.

    Works just as well, but the pill size of Cetrezine and Loratadine are half the size of Fexofenadine.

    Great prices, as always…

      Same. My body became desensitised to Fexo a while ago so I switched to Cetirizine and it was like day and night. Absolutely clear nose all day.

        I was advise to swap them as your body build resistance to them so that makes sense

    Quick googling tells me antihistamines are okay for 2-3 years, but obviously no guarantee it will work.

      AFAIK, every antihistamine may cause drowsiness to a certain degree, including those which are alegedly modern and "less sedating". It does not affect everyone, but it is possible. They wouldn't put the warning on them otherwise. That includes products based on "Cetirizine hydrochloride" which are those in this post.

      It’s been the same inTAS. Depending on what flowers have been in bloom or which grass has been ripening seed my sinuses have alternately been swollen shut, achingly clear, or running like a leaky tap. C-zine normally does the trick for me, but I’ve got a good supply of loratadine and fexo on hand just in case.

    Just returned from the UK and picked up a few of these generic branded Cetrezine and Loratadine - 30 packs for 99p each or about $2AUD. Was amazed how cheap they are over there and are sold in many food stores like our coles, Aldi and Woolworths.
    We're certainly getting ripped off here as if you buy in bulk in the UK its even cheaper. BTW the ones i purchased have long expiry dates too

    @jason101 is there any difference in efficacy between loratadine/cetirizine/fexofenadine or are they all basically interchangable? Just noticing some consistent pricing differences
